The smoothie bowls are a great, healthy treat! 3 Reasons for a 4/5 star rating: I REALLY wish they offered complimentary water! I spend at least $20 every time I go in and I feel like the least they could do is set out a jug of tap water and some little cups for their customers.‍ Each time I've been in, there's country music playing very loudly. Maybe I'm overly sensitive to it bc I can't stand country music.. but why does it have to be so LOUD? Some of their bowls that they claim to be "dairy free" have chocolate chips on them that contain dairy.. Its not hard to make the switch to vegan chocolate chips, Yumberry! Costco Kirkland brand, Trader Joe's, and even the bulk bins at Food 4 Less are all dairy-free!! I actually spoke to one of the staff members and they said that the employees are always making suggestions to the owner about how he could make "little tweaks" to improve his business, but according to them, he doesn't seem to be very receptive to changing anything.

I think my order took 20 minutes, and I was the only customer in the store, for 2 drinks and a food item. The worker was nice. The drinks itself were really disappointing. The protein shake was literally just protein powder dumped on top of the boba drink, not even mixed in. We asked for boba but they didn't add it to the drinks. The boba float which seemed to be their signature drink I thought was going to be like a root beer float but instead it was just like a smoothie that tasted mostly like ice anyways so I just threw it away.

On a 90°+ day, it was a really good choice. My hosts were going out so I went along to get a treat too. I got a small Razzamatazz which was always my fave. It really hit the spot. This Jamba also sells "Auntie Anne's" pretzel products but I did not get any. I have not seen that combo in a store before. They were very busy with only 2 staff so the wait was quite long. But the drinks were good and I took some of mine back to the house for my husband to try. When we get home, we will try the one still there and see how they do. They now make a flavor I think my husband will prefer. One of our hosts got it and it has my husband's favorite summer treat flavor profile, that of an old fashioned "creamsicle" from his childhood.
