The service was great! The people were nice. The latte was decent. The breakfast sandwich was an amorphous blob of foodstuffs. Couldn't tell where the squishy "ciabatta" ended and the american cheese and flaccid bacon began. I always hear great things about this place so I'm sure I'll give it another chance. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. read more

This was a cute coffee shop and the barista were very nice. The coffee was good. I would definitely go back.

I was passing by the area and wanted to try a new coffee shop, and this place seemed popular and with good reviews! It was all drive through, so we pulled up and were served really quickly similar to Dutch Bros. I got an iced vanilla mocha, which was super good! Not to sweet, and a great espresso flavor which I enjoy. It also came with a chocolate covered espresso bean which I didn't expect, but was delicious :). I wish they had more of these where I live, as I'd be frequenting this spot so often! read more

This is my favorite Coffee in the valley. I cannot get enough of their peppermint Mocha. And if you a really extra special treat, try their Frozen Hot Chocolate and add the Candied peppermint to it. Great Product. Always the best service. Forget Dutch and make your way to The Human Bean. You won't regret it. read more

We went here today and ordered mocha Carmel coffee with almond milk. I watch girl make it and I asked her what she put in our drinks. She put caramel and almond flavor. I told her that's not right. She look at us as we should except it. She took them back she said she will ad chocolate and I told her no, you need remake them and she told me not talk her that way. She did horrible job on our drinks. Couldn't even taste the coffee. Our drinks we're supposed to be mocha, chocolate with almond milk, not almond favor. Never go back to human bean. Poor service. We didn't even get apology from her. Another barista ask for card and not even thank us. This is human bean in on Stewart Ave , Medford. read more

I was in the area visiting family and came across this location. I suspected it was good from the cars lined up so I decided to give it a try. WOW is all I can say. Not only was my coffee and food amazing, the service was quick and enjoyable. From the moment I was greeted at my car for my order to be taken, to the service at the window, this was a visit beyond my expectations. GREAT JOB HUMAN BEAN! Please expand down to the LA/OC area. read more

I love the human being specifically the Java Chip mocha with coffee!! Every time I go home to visit I come and get that I've never been met with any poor service at any of the stands! It is your typical drive up coffee stand . read more

Really good coffee, it doesn't taste bitter like Starbucks. One of the best coffee Vendors if not the best in Central Point OR.

I love the employees at this location. Coffee is great with lots of sugar free options. They are also great about suggesting different drinks. I like the app also, because it makes it really fast. read more

12oz. double-shot granita. Like heaven in a cup. My wife and I have enjoyed coffee at some of the better establishments in California and Washington (Vivace, Slate, Milstead, Moore, Storyville, Anthem, 4 Barrel, Dynamo, Philz, etcetera etcetera), which is to say - we really love coffee. Sometimes though, you just need something sweet and decadent, like a frozen espresso slushy (granita). This drive-thru with friendly, cheerful service gave us our first guilty pleasure in a long while. Worthy of 5 stars. read more

We just left the Human Bean, located on Stewart Ave. SO disappointing experience. I ordered a large Grenada with chocolate syrup and whipping on top. A normal drink, no extra was made. And then received a charge from the initial barista, who remade my drink. A second charge was made by another barista. Inquired about the status on Green Tea Smoothie, guess Stewart Ave may not have that item available PLEASE remove from menu. read more

Do love the drinks and flavors here!! Fraps always blended perfectly, hot drinks always hot. Only downside is the frap mix can taste like dirt sometimes so I've switched to hot when I go compared to other coffee places. The menu is huge, so check it out online before getting here read more

You would think if the sign says a price the business would honor it however that is not the case with this location. Ordered a cold brew- sign said $3 & I questioned the $3.25 I was charged & the girls just blamed it on the owner! Update: Lyndsey- it was a large poster at the walk up window that stated the $3 price. I even showed it to your worker. She acknowledged it but said she had to go by the price her computer gave her. IYour company needs to work on customer service! read more

Had a chance to check this spot out while attending a friends wedding. It's a cool drive thru joint with good selections, good caffeine filled beverages, and what seems to be a chocolate covered bean with each drink. If you're up in Medford, make sure to stop by one of their locations! read more

I just had to get on here and say that the Carmel steamer had apsolutly no flavor that is y I'm rating so bad by far probably the worst flavored drink I have had in a while. read more

I moved to Medford about 5 years ago. This Human Bean is just around the corner from my house. (on Stewart in Medford, OR) Things were great. Coffee was good, staff was quick and friendly. All was good! Then about a year ago the Manager left. The "new" manager is a hot mess and it has become a Hot Mess with the rest of the staff at that store. Lines are long and staff is slow and way too chatty. If they aren't having (long) conversations with guests then they are chatting with other staff. I've waited over 15 minutes to get to the window, I was handed my coffee and then the new Manager started in on a story. On & on until I interrupted and looked behind me at 5 or 6 cars. I said "hey we are holding up the line, I better get going." Her reply to me was, "You're fine. They can wait!" I don't go to Stewart any more. The "They can wait" line was just so incredibly rude. It's a drive thru, I know that I am in my car, going somewhere. I should not have to plan an extra 30 minutes to pick up a cup of coffee. read more

This is probably the worst human bean stand. They don't give two craps about your rewards. We somehow always get screwed over on getting our points because of the lack of understanding the employees at this stand have. They always have their head in the clouds and barely care to acknowledge you. We'll continue going to the other stands but will try to not frequent this stand anymore. read more

Ah! No coffee in the house! Quick trip to The Human Bean saves the day. Ordered two americanos and they were delicious. Thanks!!

They should buy hearing aids for their employees. They clearly don't listen or care to.

Great customer service! Great prices! Great coffee! Glad I found a good coffee place I'm kinda a coffee snob! Haha

I love their wide selection of smoothies. A great place to take kids. I love their teas and java chip frappachino.

They have a new(new to me?) drink which is a chocolate Mac cold brew. It's my new go to. The macadamia milk is so good, much creamier and sweeter than almond milk. Drinks are consistently good; I know when I order something it's gonna taste the same as the last time I ordered it. Prefer them over Dutch bros, who seem to not be consistent with their drinks(I order a freeze and I'm never sure how it'll taste) I also recommend their frozen hot chocolate, soooo good! read more

Normally this place is great. But today 7:42pm exactly, I ordered a blended peppermint mocha with an extra shot. She gave me a watery soup in a cup. After an early morning drive down from Portland (this morning) to be by my dad's side as we put our beloved dog to rest, we stopped by this little place to give us a pick me up after a sleepless night. The baristas were so kind and empathetic of our heartbreak that they generously gave us our drinks on the house. It's a small gesture, but it made me shed a few additional tears from a thankful heart. Along with that, the coffee was perfect! Thank you, ladies! read more

My favorite place. The staff is always so sweet and attentive. And they always ask if the color is right. For me it's all about the color.

This human bean is my favorite in town! The staff is always super friendly and cheerful. I stop here about 3 days a week for my morning pick me up and they know what I like and always greet me with a smile! Thanks for the excellent customer service! read more

I love HB. But apparently after pouring my drink that I'd just bought, and hadn't taken a drink out of, into my reusuable coffee mug, and then asking the girl at the window to dispose of the empty plastic cup in their trash is something they don't do. The young lady curled her hands up stating, we don't do that here. I asked " you don't dispose the cup you just gave me? She said " no, health regulations, and all... Sorry". I asked where I could toss the cup? And she points to a gated dumpster... Really? So I went over to their dumpster, and tossed the empty cup into the dumpster... while the 3 girls in the shack sat there visiting with each other ... sigh. Their coffees are great, and had never had this issue before 8-7-18 about 6:30 pm. Has something changed with plastic cup disposal? Sheesh. I would love to give a 5 star review, but the customer service here needs some work. Minus 3 stars, one for each girl working there this night. read more

I enjoy the coffee, the mochas are that sweet (which is what I like) compared to the sugary syrup of other local places. However, there is just some kind of attitude problem with the girls that work there. This is definitely not an isolated experience, every Human Bean I go to is the same. It's almost like it's a requirement to to have a snippy attitude. I don't even know why. I say good morning, use my manners and am nice (I even tip every time I go because I know how helpful that is working in food/beverage services). I only continue to go to Human Bean because the coffee is worth it - just wish the service matched the product. read more

Their coffee is definitely some of the best around and they use top notch ingredients in their lattes. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff at this specific location is great and they're quick to remember you and your order. read more

This used to be my favorite stand but since COVID hit I have had the worst drinks from the new crew that is there. Not one of my drinks have been made right. I thought maybe it was because they were learning so I took a couple weeks off from going to this stand and then today I went ahead and got a cold brew thinking how can they mess that up. But it's just as bad as the rest. I usually get a small iced americano with snowy powder and cream. Well instead of mixing the snowy with the shots and then pouring it over the ice and adding a little water and cream they have been putting the snowy powder in the mixing cup filling it with water, pouring the shots in adding it to the Togo cup and then adding a little ice; which results in it tasting like lukewarm water with some snowy in it. Today getting the cold brew, it was super watery tasting and had 3 ice cubes in it as well. I said a little cream and it was maybe a teaspoon cream and a ton of the flavor. The ratios are all off and inconsistent. I have never been so consistently disappointed with the human bean. Please re-train your crew. I will be happy to leave a better review when things change. read more
