Let me start off this review with "no two Dutch Bros are the same ..." This coffee queen drove 7 mins at 8:30 am in her Pajamas to grab an oat milk latte before getting ready for my niece's wedding. That's how badly I wanted a strong coffee...just sayin... The line at the drive thru went smoothly and the staff were nice but damn it! Get my order right! Maybe turn down the music a tad so you can pay attention better to getting the order right. The problem with drive thru's is that you don't try your drink until you have driven away. My usual extra hot/extra shot oat milk latte was made with low fat milk which I do not like and missing my extra shot! My latte tasted like very weak drip coffee:( So bummed since I could have saved my $ and drank the weak coffee at my Uncle's house ...And good luck trying to call to complain especially on a weekend...you go straight to HQ and they aren't open on the weekends...but this coffee diva will be making a complaint on Monday! *** Te- see's tip: always taste your drink before you drive away!!!! ~ and that's all I have to say about that... read more

Drinks come as displayed and fast enough. Stand appears clean. The SF Rebels and the SF Torani syrups (peach, raspberry) can be blended or served on ice and they are very much appreciated by those on 24hr+ shifts. read more

I have been visiting Dutch Bros for many many years. I think they have Great Service. They have always been friendly and Polite. I turn the corner and they have my coffee waiting for me when i pull up. Once in a while i will try something new on the Menu but its normally just a Kicker to start my morning. Stop by and give it a try. I would always give them 5 stars. read more

I asked for a simple cuppa coffee with some creamer and sugar on the side. They took a cup of water and poured two shots of espresso In it. I asked them about this and they told me not to worry it would taste great "dank". it tasted absolutely awful. I asked for A refund and they look shocked that I didn't love it. They told me that Dutch Brothers doesn't sell coffee but it sells coffee flavored beverages. Good to know. read more

This was our first time trying Dutch Bros. We were vacationing in Oregon and saw many of these coffee stands everywhere. The girls working here gave us some great suggestions on what to try. They were so nice and friendly. The coffee is OUTSTANDING! I recommend this coffee to anyone who wants to start their day right! read more

Not sure why Dutch Bros is such a culture-esque "lifestyle", when you arrive you're greeted by obnoxious teenagers asking too many personal questions not even knowing your name wondering where you're going, what you're doing, who else is in your car, what your Drivers License # is, where you live, etc. Just really disrespectful and annoying. Coffee is horrible as well, just tastes fake (like the baristas) with an overwhelming amount of flavorings that completely drown out whatever "coffee" is really in the beverage. I've had a really bad coffee from a gas station in the middle of nowhere Laramie, Wyoming that left a more positive experience in both my body and the caffeinated part of the drink, the gas station clerk also wasn't an annoying failure of a human who was honest and said the coffee is not the best, and even through all that I would still take the gas station coffee over even a water at the stain that is Dutch Bros. read more

I went to get a coffee this last Thursday. I paid with a $20 and only received change for a $10. I went back today to get a coffee and inquired about $10 of change I did not receive with my last purchase. To my surprise they gave me $10 and a free coffee drink. It really made my day!! read more

I already left a review raving about dutch bros, but I had to say the Williams Hwy. location is my stand of choice and they are on the ball! They see my boyfriend and I in line and they've memorized our drink so it's ready by the time we get up there. We even have some hand signals down so that they know what size to make, I love it! read more

The barrista's had their annual corporate meeting and were so unruly and loud at the local hotels that they will not be asked back next year, after smashing a sliding glass patio door :( Very unprofessional behavior that ruined the other travelers stay at the hotels. read more

Me and a group of my friends were visiting from Southern California for the weekend and went through this drive thru Dutch bros and it was def a spiritual experience! We had the best coffee dude. His name is Zack. I hope this is the one he works at. I dunno there are a lot in grants pass. But anyways he was just super friendly and funny and we've never experienced service like that down in SoCal (California people are rude. We know. We are use to it). But man zack is one cool dude and he told us the history of Dutch bros and apparently we were at the original one and there is a freaking Dutch Bros warehouse too! He was just wonderful and wish we could steal him and bring him back to SoCal with us forever. But I'm pretty sure that's kidnapping so we just had to settle for 20 awesome minutes with the coolest guy in grants pass. read more

Went to this location on Tuesday 3/21 pulled up to the window there were three girls in there dancing away to the music that was so loud I had to yell at the girl taking our order because she couldnt hear. Then she got our order messed up. I ordered a small and she made the largest coffee available and it tasted burnt. Then my husband ordered a small hot chocolate and it was cold. The whole experience was a mess. I understand DB is an upbeat place to work but our experience was not positive, they need to understand their music can be loud but not to the point where you can't even hear your customers. read more
