I am updating my review and giving them props for their service. Their ideas for pet friendly treats to share while you get your caffeine sips in, is just great. Luciano gets a treat from either Starbucks or Dutch Bris after he goes to the groomer. They usually squirt whipped cream into a small espresso sized cup- Ditch Bros did one better- they gave him a larger sized cup with doggie biscuits dipped in there- just like biscotti! First visit at Dutch Bro. Fast and friendly is the motto. This young lady Z gave me a free try to experience one of their coffee. She did this because I was not sure what I wanted to order. So, really super friendly which is a 5/5 on the service side. Now I understand why Dutch Bros' lovers love their employees because how nice they truly are ! They treat you like family. DB offer a broad variety of drinks including energy drinks which is great if you are not a coffee addict like me. Their "Dutch Freeze" (blended coffee drinks) and flavored coffee options are very popular. In terms of pricing this is definitely more expensive than McDonald but less pricey than Starbucks. I go to this location almost everyday since I started working. I get the exact same thing every morning. The staff is always so friendly and over time have gotten to know me and when they see my car one girl in particular pokes her head out and says "Hi Ms Sarah" or she starts adding my order knowing I never change, I work at a High school and they always ask how it's going and joke about the craziness and knowing this drink helps me through the day, today I saw this on my cup. I was so excited to be visiting EL PASO and finding out there's a DutchBros down the street from my father in laws Omg the line for this place is how it is at every Dutch bros! Typically there's a line and it doesn't worry me because I know the service is fast. Well unfortunately I was stuck in their drive through for over 20 minutes because their system went down. But also what knocked them a star was the fact that after waiting we got a cold order of hot ordered drinks. But the awesome 4 stars is for the two other times I came here without a long wait! At my age, I've been watching what I eat and drink these days. I've been trying to cut out sugar and caffeine from my diet more often. Diabetes runs in my family and I'm trying to avoid getting it. I went to the one in Las Cruces when it first opened around July? Nothing against the Cruces location but I felt like I had a better experience over here. I wasn't a fan of their coffee when I went over there. It tasted watered down and I didn't enjoy the flavor. The service at both locations was great. The employees know what they're talking about and the process is quite organized. I ordered a sugar free Italian soda in strawberry flavor and a hot cinnamon tea for myself. Both tasted great! The tea was nice and warm, quite soothing for my tummy. The soda was refreshing and cool. I got my partner an iced vanilla chai tea and he liked it. He said they made it just right. They added whipped cream and cinnamon on top of it. He usually never finishes a chai tea but this time he did and really quickly! My son likes hot cocoa but he wasn't with me. I will for sure be coming back! It's not too far from my house. Also, it's nearby for when I make a Walmart run. I'm going to have to try more of their sugar free options and get my son a hot chocolate or tea. They have SO many flavors and options! The possibilities are endless! They don't really have any food, just granola bars and muffin tops. I had a chocolate chip muffin top in Las Cruces. It wasn't my favorite. It was packaged up and reminded me of something you buy out of a vending machine. The prices are about average with other chains and local places. The other night while my girlfriend and I were wrapping Christmas gifts, we were craving some hot chocolate so we decided to try Dutch Bros for the first time, as we had heard many great things about them! When we arrived, it was PACKED (as usual as I always notice the line is wrapped around whenever I pass it) but the line went fairly quick. It was cold and windy outside and the young lady who took our order was such a good and hard worker. I didn't catch her name but if it helps, she does different accents lol. Definitely had to tip her because she was hustling to all the cars even though it was freezing. Now when it comes to the hot chocolate, we got the basic hot chocolate with whip cream and it is delicious and definitely the best hot chocolate out of all the coffee serving places! It is the perfect temperature to drink straight away unlike other places that you have to let it sit for a bit so you won't burn your tongue. It was super chocolatey and just so good!!! Finally had the opportunity to try Dutch Bros! I ordered a seasonal drink, the cookie dough cold brew, and it was pretty good! It has a slight mocha taste and the soft top was creamy and yummy. It wouldn't be my first choice for a coffee shop, but I like the variety and definitely want to go back to try some more options. Before this location opened up, we were driving up to Cruces to get ourselves some good coffee. So far I'm a HUGE fan of the Golden Eagle iced coffee, Golden Eagle iced Chai, and Caramelizer. I've come to the conclusion that this coffee is honestly better than Starbucks, my husband and I have gone multiple times since they opened yesterday. Even though this is just a pricey as Starbucks, I feel like it's more worth it! Also the Broistas have been super nice so far.
