Personally, I always order the chia pudding with some original açaí (yes - you CAN mix and match!). This place has different chia pudding flavors, but vanilla is always superb. The almond butter adds a nice nutty touch to the bowl. If you don't know what to order, they have a menu with lots of "pre made" recipes you can order from. However, I always go with building my own bowl. I can get creative and exactly what I want. Nautical Bowls also has seasonal specials, like this pumpkin bowl during fall season. Highly recommend! Tasty, sweet, and above all, it's a pretty healthy dessert option. Happy they opened one in Saratoga Springs, UT! The servers are always kind, handling my order with a smile. The atmosphere is very surfer vibe :)

A year later, I decided to try it again cause 1) convenience since it's down the road, 2) hardly ever has a line and 3) things change, people change. Let me tell you, when I decided to try it again a month ago, it was one of the best drinks ever. Went again a few days after, same thing. Crispy, fresh, even cheaper than most soda shops. Not sure if the first time was due to ordering the wrong drink or what but these last few times have hit it on point. Our favs are: sunkissed, midday mojito with peach. Oh, they also have DIP N DOTS!! And the good Tostinos Nacho chips.

Quench It is minutes from my house. I don't even drink soda but soda shops are a huge addiction of mine. I get flavored sparkling water and the Citrus Splash at Quench it is my personal favorite. Nothing beats a huge 44 oz cup of pebble ice and a refreshing fruity sparkling water. I can't speak on their other treats because I haven't tried any, but my kids like the pretzel bites and they love the unique kid drink options. The one with the butterfly comes with an enormous butterfly gummy on top. We will be back again and again!

However, this past week, I came in and ordered like usual, but things were different. The worker was abrasive and rude. I was using a larger bill to pay, and while I respect her holding to the policy, the way that she went about it was rude, abrasive, and ruined the experience from being fun to very unpleasant. Part of the reason we get our drinks at Splash is because of the experience. I used to go to Swig but switched to Splash because of the workers. As a business owner myself, I asked for her name, as I myself would want the feedback. Her name is Madi.
