He didn't listen to what I ordered and didn't ask if I wanted whip cream. I know I'm being nit picky, but these should be standard parts of customer service for a coffee shop. I've been a loyal customer for several years now, and as of late the lack of customer service and consistency in drink quality has decreased.

The other day I had ordered a banana bread at a different location and it just wasn't as good as I would have expected. I know if I had gone back to the register and complained, they would have made it right but it wasn't bad enough for me to bother. So today at this location, I was about to order a banana bread and decided at the last minute to change to a lemon loaf and explained about my experience the other day at a different location. The manager of the store was listening to my story as I explained to the associate that was helping me. She immediately pulled out a card and said "here's $4 for the next time you're in". I thought that was amazing customer service for something that had nothing to do with their location. Thank you Starbucks!

Matcha Fresh Milk Tea - very viscous, as if the drink had too much syrup. Recommended 50% sweet which is close to 75-100% on a normal boba drink and I think is guilty for the viscosity. Overall, there was an okay matcha flavor but the texture was way off. Unsure if low quality matcha powder or if they have some type of matcha syrup.
