The owner really invests in her employees too (they post pictures from coffee conventions around the country - any local coffee shop owner flying her baristas to conventions to make them better baristas, CARES about her employees. I will always support this local business that cares about her employees and customers over the big brand-names that bust up unions. But also their mochas are to die for.

My son's Cuban didn't come on Cuban bread or a pressed bread, but a standard thick baguette, which we both found odd.
