I've been here many times over years & I always have excellent, efficient service. I highly highly recommend this location. Clean, average noice level & friendly staff despite always being mega busy. As most get their coffee to go- almost always plenty of indoor & outdoor seating at this corner strip mall location. Coffee was a must today! The line at the drive thru was really long so I went in. The staff were incredibly friendly! I had a lovely chat with the person taking my order were they took a personal interest in how to spell my name and the person making my coffee was lovely also! Super happy! It's Starbucks! Drive-through is very easy. Walk-in parking is always tight and sparse. (Otherwise 5 stars). Parking lot is short and difficult for a pickup or SUV because of turning radius. Staff are always VERY friendly and place is usually hopping. read more

The staff is extremely friendly. I didn't catch the woman's name who helped us, but she was wearing a pink "freedom" mask, I believe her name was Tami. We are from out of town and had a really rough day yesterday and it was just nice to see a friendly familiar (I'm a partner) face. We accidentally ordered the wrong drink, and she made the correct one quickly, and let us keep the other one. This store is very clean! The bathroom are not in use, but with COVID-19, it's to be expected! Great place to stop. read more

This was the worst Starbucks stop I've ever had. The sandwich I ordered was burnt and hard as a rock, and my coconut milk white mocha had whipped cream on it so I asked her to remake it and she just scooped off the top and handed it back almost half empty. It is what it is... Can count on the same fabulous cup of liquid gold every time. This one is very busy so if going to the drive through in the a.m. give yourself extra time. Parking is limited and tight but there is a side street to park on. read more

What can I say? This is a typical Starbucks, with friendly, helpful baristas and good coffee. When I'm working late, I often stop by. Less so than in the past, because I've cut my budget down. The store has a nice layout with comfy chairs and tables. There's also wrought iron patio chairs and tables for the smokers or if you want to go out and enjoy the day. read more

I hate to be the person who says things like "I'm from where this place started and it's better there" but in this case I have to. Being from Seattle has thoroughly spoiled me in the Starbucks world. There a Starbucks is busy, fast, and efficient. All things that fail to describe this particular Starbucks. There is no reason for a food item that takes 30 seconds to heat up should take 10 minutes to get to me. Even on the busiest day I've never had that issue before at any other location. Not only did they forget to take care of my food for 10 minutes, they then heated something else up ahead of mine and mine came out still cold in the middle. On top of all of that, knowing full well they had missed my order, they stuck it on the bar and didn't tell me it was ready, I had to go hunt out down. I'm sorry, but I don't live here and I can't imagine ever coming back to this Starbucks if I come through Lewiston again. With their lackadaisical attitude and poor follow through coupled with sub par service and speed, this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. I give 3 stars instead of only 1 or 2 because I blame the location and the people, but I still love the brand and the coffee and food (although cold) always taste pretty all right. read more

I love Starbucks. I think that implementing more vegan friendly options (as far as almond milk and coconut milk) is an awesome thing on their part, especially in Idaho. It's hard to find a lot of vegan options in Lewiston. Starbucks: We just need a couple vegan food options on the m and I'll be coming there far more often!! read more

I waited in line at the drive thru for 12 mins (I timed it) once I got to the cashier he was rude! No hello, how are you, good morning just charged me over $5 for one medium coffee then gave me the coffee and shut the window, no thanks for coming, have a great morning or see ya next time! I work in the retail industry so I know it doesn't take much time to say hello or goodbye! after all this I also realized that my coffee that they charged me over 5 bucks for was only 3/4 the way full! No wonder I tend to stay away from Starbucks! read more
