On a Sunday morning at 9am I stopped at the Cafe for a drip coffee. They were out. I do not understand how a coffee shop can be out of coffee on a Sunday morning. Two other times at the Thain hutch and Bryden I waited in line for over 10 minutes behind the car at the front. One drink was handed out and more chatting for about 3 more minutes. Both times I asked for the temp to be drinkable. Both times it wasn't. On to this morning. After running out of drip coffee on a Sunday morning I learned to just ask for an Americano. No flavor or cream. When I get home to enjoy my coffee it is white and drowning in cream. After strike 4, I will not be back. The only good experiences I have had with this company is on Main St when Lindsey and Erica are working. You need to promote them and have them train all your employees.
