Dutch Bros Coffee - Awful - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Moscow, Idaho

So I specifically get a Dino egg rebel double blended parfait style with raspberry soft top. I even give a tip and this is what my drink looks like as soon as it is handed to me. So disappointed. And they get my drink wrong every single time I go. The first photo is what my drink looks like and the second photo is what it looks like as soon as it's handed to me. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Moscow, Idaho

Ordered a medium iced rebel with green apple flavoring. When we got to the window, they handed me the wrong drink and tried to send me on my way. I handed it back and told them what I had actually ordered. A few seconds later they handed me my drink and I pulled off. My drink wasn't even close to being full. When I took a sip, there was basically no flavoring, like they totally forgot to add any kind of flavoring and just handed it to me. I rarely go to Dutch but when I do, I expect to have better quality than this. Pretty pathetic. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've immediately turned around and asked for them to fix it. Wont be going back. At least the workers were nice! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Moscow, Idaho

I stopped by at about 10:30 PM on a Friday, and got the most friendly, outgoing service I've ever gotten from any coffee shop. There was no one else in line, and we just chatted for a good 10 minutes. The three barista's that served me deserve a raise for such great customer interaction. The coffee was just what I needed to stay awake for my drive home. Overall, a 10/10 experience! read more

for the past three times this week that I've been there they have constantly messed up my drinks mixing them up with other ones. they will ask me if my order sounded correct and it does but then they hand me entirely different drinks. read more

The girl taking the orders was not keeping track who came in what order and it wasn't even busy and she let two people in front of me. I've never had this issue and they usually ask the customer who was there first. read more

A Monday morning. Needed coffee, NOW. I passed this place several times on the way to work and finally stopped in. There wasn't a huge huge drive thru line like there normally is. However, if there was a line, they have workers out taking orders on an iPad to speed things up. I got the Keto 'Cana, keto based coffee. It was delicious! Just a hint of sweet from the cream, not overly surgery like so many drinks nowadays. I'll be back. Service was prompt, with smiling faces asking how my day is going. Always better with good coffee. read more

some of the employees at the Dutch Bros stand are amazing, however, the management at this place is AWFUL!!! they do not follow their employee handbook, nor do they treat their employees with respect or kindness or any type of empathy. horrible place to work, which is unfortunate for those who love their jobs. read more

The employees are super nice and although they are required to be "upbeat" and friendly I feel that they are genuinely so. There was a large line when we arrived and they worked through it quickly. We placed our order with an employee outside and paid. When we rolled up it was ready. That coffee is nice and smooth and I was pleasantly surprised. My thirteen year old friend really enjoyed his hot cocoa. Happiness all around. read more

The workers here have so much fun and are really friendly! You can pretty much ask for anything and they'll find a way to make it. Coffee is a must have! read more

Always the dopest spot in every state I've been. However tonight was beyond the best! On top of pushing the drive through out fast with a smile, the absolutely cutest D.Bro turned me onto a surprise flavor Annihilator as I asked, and I think absolutely killed the game with this one! Not sure, but I thnk it's White Coffee, dark Chocolate, Iced Annihilator. The BEST COFFEE drink I have had to date! Thanks whoever you were lol. You made my night read more

The baristas talk way too much when there is a long line. The location is in a terrible spot and with how often I got there, it seems to have a lack of management. I do enjoy the drinks from Dutch bros and go there because they don't support a lot of politically motivated "charities" like Starbucks. I have a lot of instances where they have screwed up my drink and I have talked to them about it. read more

Best coffee place ever. I LOVE the mocha drinks. Bree was a great love the stamp cards.

I went there yesterday for a coffee with my family. when we went through the line we had noticed the worker had tipped himself 5 dollars without asking on two drink worth 9 dollars. This is really upsetting as we usually go to the Renton location all the time but we will never go back to dutch bros Moscow. I would never suggest this location to anyone again if the workers are going to be tipping themselves. read more

work services ever. got called the B word just because I asked why I got so much syrup.

Always wonderful coffee and great service! This entire chain is outstanding and the type of people they choose to employ fit so well. Always accommodating to drink changes, and even when we pause to decide on a drink! Love this place! read more

I am not a huge coffee drinker but I like the chai latte here. The staff is always amazing and super upbeat. Dutch Bros has a culture of upbeat positivity and fun. My wife goes here quite a bit and they know her and her drink with our having to ask. Great hot chocolate for the kids and they even will do whipped cream straws for the dog if she is in the car. read more

Fantastic service! When there is a line, it's guaranteed a person will run up to you and take your order. Always consistent with their coffee. My only bad note is that their location is not ideal for when there's a big line of cars particularly on the weekends. But they make up for it with signs and small cones to direct traffic, not to mention, quality coffee. read more

Delicious and quick coffee to go. Drive through is a great touch. Soy lattes consist of strong espresso shots. Cute Dutch theme cups. Friendly and upbeat staff. Coupons are a plus! Great place to grab a quick cup of coffee to go. read more

I've always loved Dutch Bros and whenever I need a coffee boost, they are my go to. BUT today, I sat in line for over ten minutes for my coffee by the time I got it I wanted to get out of the drive through..I did not notice how badly they messed up on my order until I got home. Drove all the way home to find out instead of giving me my coffee, they gave me just milk. Super upset. read more

The line was long and usually it's ok and moves fairly fast but today 12/8 was a nightmare. We sat in line for 45 minutes along with two other cars we were ignored by the runners and 10 other cars who had just arrived we moved up in line and got there order taken before us. I was forced to leave because I had places to be and couldn't sit in line for another 45 minutes while the person who just pulled in got their order taken before mine. read more

Gotta love Dutch Bros!! I was on a 200 mile motorcycle ride saturday 13th had gotten cold. I really needed something to warm me up so I stopped in at Dutch Bros! There was the typical long line but the wait was very short. Good service, friendly and excellent Hot COFFEE!!! Thanks again! read more

This is my favorite place to get coffee. I'm always greeted by my first name, and asked about my day. The baristas are always up beat and friendly, never down in the dumps. The drinks are always amazing tasting, and a lot cheaper than most others. Starbucks could learn a lot from Dutch. They care about there customers as well. For example, I went in one time and my debit card wouldn't work. What did they do? Gave me the drink anyway and said don't worry. I will be a loyal customer for life. read more

Soooo slow!! 10 cars waiting to order and only one person taking orders. To make matters worse the 5 people making drinks still can't keep up. The process is so bad the cars block the exit on an extremely busy street. Love Dutch Bros but they need to do better. Speed and quality of service is definitely lacking. read more

Tonight, I ordered three chocolate milks while hanging out with friends. Eden and Isaiah made my visit so exciting and fun; they were conversational, very kind, and made my overall experience just that much better. Ultimately, due to Eden and Isaiah's service, I will definitely come back for more great coffee with great conversations. read more

Love this place!!! Every Dutch Bros. I've been to has been great! Their staff is always friendly and awesome customer service..

The baristas are very friendly, I really do enjoy ordering from them. However, any milk based drink tastes way more thick than it should. If I wanted a breve I would order a breve. It's not the baristas fault though, as I watched them make my mocha and the mocha portion came from a prepackaged chocolate milk jug thing that they heat up. So, from what I saw they don't blend all of the ingredients there. It's a system built for speed, not quality. Hmm, well the white coffee they use is really good, they always pull great shots. The blended drinks with regular coffee are nearly equivalent to the ones you get from ziptrip though. We could barely tell the difference. Overall, the place is friendly and all, but the coffee is sub par. I really don't know what all the hype is about, but they've done a phenomenal job tricking people into thinking their coffee is worth the outrageous price. read more

Decided to stop here for coffee in the morning before heading back to Seattle, because I had never been before! VERY glad we did. The coffee is amazing and the girls are super friendly and chipper so early in the morning. Love that they have signature drinks - I got the Cocomo and am obsessed. I love Dutch brothers with all my heart the baristas are really customer service oriented and kind. Their coffee tastes better than Starbucks all the time and it's cheaper! read more

Probably the worst experience I've had at a Dutch bros. No consideration for time management. There are always long lines, which is fine except when you're talking to customers for over 20 minutes backing up everyone else. Drinks were melted and didn't ask if we wanted them remade. Aggressively taking the punch card as well. Would give no stars if possible. read more

I always get great drinks from here at lower prices than the Daily Grind of Pullman or the local Starbucks. They have two in particular-- the Reeses, a white coffee drink with chocolate and peanut butter, and a salted caramel pumpkin Chai latte, which tastes like the best seasons combined. I have to admit the overly chipper nature of the staff paired with loud music is a little irritating though. I guess it must be something in the training because every Dutchy I've gone to is like that though! read more

AWESOME STAFF! My daughter and I are visiting Moscow (Idaho, that is) because she is an incoming freshman at University of Idaho. We were downtown and headed to the Kibbie Dome to watch some football . Coming in from Cali very early this morning we both wanted some coffee. This drive thru was very convenient so we buzzed in. To our surprise an employee greeted us in our car as we were looking at the extensive menu. Letting her know it was our first visit to a Dutch Bros. she was so excited to tell us about all the drinks offered, she was very knowledgable about the menu and also let us know if there was something we didn't see on the menu they would customize any drink for us! Now that is great customer service! We put in our order and when we drove up to the window we were greeted again by 3 very happy& friendly employees . And of course, these delicious coffees ! My daughter had a cold mocha slushie and I had a hot yummy cup of Joe. What impressed us the most, aside from the great drinks was the fantastic employees ! Must stop coffee place! read more

Just fucking awful. Horrible service. Bad time management. Ok coffee. And heard the ladies in front talking shit about us in line because they wanted there coffee first while the employee laughed. The crew at Dutch Bros tries hard to remember every customer they have come through the drive thru. Hannah, Cassidy, Tyler and Rachel are by far some of the most memorable people at Dutch. They work hard, make sure I'm satisfied and overall have the best attitude. When I'm having a bad day they always cheer me up and to me that's worth the drive from Pullman. read more
