Instead of going through the drive through which goes by really quickly because the workers are out there taking orders, even in the hot weather, we were there at 8 am and parked and walked up to the window. My husband and me both had their welcome reward for a free medium drink because we finally downloaded the app...I know I know, shoulda done it sooner to collect the points. Anyhow, we ordered our drinks the seasonal cookie dough blended freeze and a protein salted Caramel latte with light ice. Drinks came out perfect and always always with great customer service. I can't even begin to tell you how sweet and nice the workers are at every location we have ever been too, especially this one! The lady in front of me was having a fit because she said her drink wasn't made the way she wanted it, and said she could tell by looking at the other one that it was made wrong. Idk how she could tell by looking at it, then proceeded to announce to us that they could have her other drink if they wanted it. No takers because she was acting like a total butt to the workers and she threw them away. All the way the sweet girl at the register had her drinks remade and did it all with a smile. Smh...the customers they deal with and the way they keep their composure amazes me. I happened to be in this area on Buck for Kids day (9/15) plus they have their fall drinks menu. Buck for kids is a day when Dutch Bros donates $1, for every drink purchased, to local youth organizations. You also get a cool sticker. The fall favorites all sound delicious.. I went with the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée cold brew (med iced has 320cals) pumpkin and salted caramel. YUM! They also have a sweater weather chai and a pumpkin pie with whip! I always enjoy my Irish kicker drink. It is an iced coffee with Irish cream basically. Nobody takes your order at this location until you reach the window. The Blueberry muffin was actually. pretty good also with big big Blueberry chunks and a nice light icing. read more

We sat in the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of us, for 20 minutes. Every time I've gone to this location, it's been quick but not this time. Makes sense when we pulled up that a car turned around and left, wonder how long they were waiting for? When we pulled up to the window, my husband asked for a refund. Took them another 5 minutes just to find the button. The manager was rude and said "it's going back to your card". Then the girl at the window handed us our drink and my husband heard the manager say "why'd you give them that". Well manager, we still wanted our drink but you wasted my time waiting on you guys to make drinks that shouldn't take long at all. Not to mention I had a toddler throwing a tantrum because we were sitting waiting. Word of advice, prioritize time and chat less or whatever it is you're doing. read more

This was my first time at a Dutch Bros and I'm not a coffee drinker but that puts me in the minority for pretty much anyone I hang out with. I figured I would be able to get an iced tea or something but I'm glad that I got out and walked up to order since the drive thru line was absolutely packed. It gave me the time to look at the menu and decided to get a smoothie. I saw that they had their own energy drinks after I had ordered a smoothie. After a day of horseback riding at Cave Creek park we stopped by this Dutch Bros on a stormy afternoon. I ordered my first coffee blended drink and it was amazing. You can always trust drink consistency from location to location. Service at the Cave Creek location was spot on as always and extremely helpful. Literally the slowest drive thru line I've ever had the misfortune of getting into. I have no way to exit the line since it's one lane with curbs all the way around the building and cars behind me. It's been almost ten minutes with zero movement, and it's been excessive for every car that's gone through. I've been to almost every Dutch Bros in the valley, but I'm positive that this is my first and last visit to this location. Dutch Bros Coffee and I were old friends whenever I would visit Oregon (the home of Dutch Bros) from Seattle, Washington. Since moving to Central California, I have been deprived of their goodies. While spending time with family in Arizona, they mentioned a new coffee spot had opened in their town. Little did I know that it was Dutch Bros! I could not recognize the blue windmill logo. We stopped in the next morning before venturing into Tonto National Forest. Thankfully we decided to use the ordering window versus drive-thru due to all the million options and our indecisiveness! Sara was the employee who greeted us and patiently went through all the various coffee options. We each ordered something different. Our top pick was the Golden Eagle Latte with oat milk (vanilla syrup, caramel syrup and caramel drizzle over whipped cream). First time to DBC, drive thru. A young lady (20's) took my order, non fat latte. She then asks hot or iced? I go with iced, neve done that. She then asks what am i doing today. Literally have not ever been to a Dutch Brothers and not had an A plus experience. Working model for this coffee house is excellent! As long as you find the lines is worth the wait. Which I do when I am in the mood. Especially appreciate the "Carborator" suggestion from a work for those of us who enjoy a cold coffee with less sugar and more Keto-ish. Question as of late? People customer service is a lost art not often found today in many "service" businesses. Dutch Bros Coffee has obviously keyed in on the fact that some People still value this. My first experience this Morning was about as perfect of a customer service experience as one could ask for! Spot on, just a perfectly executed introduction, walked me through flavors and options, all in the drive through by a server at my car window! Brendon was full of smiles so early in the morning and genuinely happy to help us order four coffees. Once paid and at the window our specialty orders took a while, no problem. We were introduced to Tran a geology major in college who enjoys crochet knitting in her spare time and hiking with her dad. We talked about us visiting from Tampa, FL and if our family was a turkey or ham family for thanksgiving (given thanksgiving is in two days). Great experience and amazing coffee. We ordered Peppermint holiday coffee and hot chocolate sugar free and a nitro cold brew. Super flavor!!! Highly recommended spot. read more

This is the coffee place we have been praying to the coffee lords above to bless the far north valley. I literally have stalked the Dutch Bros Instagram waiting and waiting for an open date. You bet when I found out this place opened that I took off like Speed Racer from Tramonto to get here. Yes us people in Tramonto and Anthem were driving to either Greyhawk or Bell/51 area for Dutch. Yes there will be some growing pains, but overall I have gotten my drink fairly quick and the staff is so cheerful and adorable and know how to make the drinks perfect. What I liked was the double drive-through similar to the one in Prescott where the drive through splits and you just go to whatever side is shorter. The longest I have been in line for was about 10 minutes. So happy to have you guys here! read more

Is there such a thing as a Dutch Bro Hoe? I mean, if someone needs to take one for the team I'm willing! I may not be loyal to a specific Dutch Location, because I go to any Dutch nearest where I happen to he at the time. But I'm seriously at Dutch everyday! I Will say it's usually Bell, Cave Creek or Grey Hawk. I'm addicted and can't stop! I crave it, and I'm seriously starting to think there is Rebel running through my veins. My go to is the Trixie Rebel, iced with Sugarfree Rebel. I know, I know, I know, the flavors are not Sugarfree. It's more of a calorie thing and not a sugar thing Mmmmmmm K... I'm most likely fooling myself into thinking I'm making this low cal but hey to each his own right? Anyway, the point is, the crew at this location rocks! They are always so nice and genuinely seem to love their jobs and their customers. I look forward to coming here because it's also about the interactions for me as well, not just the Rebel. Times are tough rn, especially with Social Distancing orders in place. When you're a people person and your social life has gone from being extraordinaire to virtually nonexistent (or actually I guess, technically it is actually now, Virtually existent since everything is done through Zoom and Facetime now) I look forward to the happiness of the Dutch Crew! These guys are awesome! It's a younger group working but they love their customers and get to know you by name. You can tell that their customers are the focus of the business. Drinks are customizable and consistent. They really work to find a drink that you would enjoy. Their menu is customizable and they have an expansive secret menu that they're happy to share. The lines can get long by they move quick and will even run drinks to cars if someone at the window needs more time. It's one of my favorIte DB locations because it's in a beautiful location and most of DB's regulars haven't found this location yet. Shout out to my favorite broistas Skylin and Cade, these guys embody customer service and want to make sure your experience is enjoyable. The whole crew is awesome so you are in good hands!
