PSA: this location is hot spot for teenagers, specifically high schoolers like to gather here after school, so if you're looking for a quiet spot to work, this isn't it. Otherwise, come in the mornings when the kids are at school. The store has several tables inside and outside, nicely shaded by adjacent building. read more

Avoid! This is our neighborhood Starbucks and they are ridiculously slow, even when it's not busy. We typically order on the mobile app with plenty of time ahead and the drinks are rarely ever ready when they should be. Waiting 20-30 minutes for a Refresher is not acceptable, especially when the app says it will be ready in ~10 minutes. Additionally, this location keeps all the mobile orders behind the counter so you have to get someone's attention to grab your drink. Other locations keep them in a designated area so you can just grab and go - a much better option for mobile orders. read more

I've said it before and I will say it again. Service is everything and this location lacks that! I don't want to hear about staffing issues because there are three people working which is adequate. Take care of those waiting. No excuse for a 10-15 minute wait. Your dining room is packed with standing, waiting people and people lined up all the way to the door to order. Serve them first, then online and mobile orders. It's not rocket science. No customer should walk out because you can't complete their order in a timely manner. read more

Awful experience coming here for the first time. I drove quite a distance for a coffee. I had a very simple order and waited patiently . When the order was ready I noticed they did not provide enough cream as I had requested so I kindly apologized for the inconvenience and asked for more. The employee (tall/redish hair- i believe with tattoos) acted like I had just asked her for a million dollars and with an attitude splashed a tiny amount into my cup and wouldn't even look at me . She never said a word and I never received the amount I wanted - I decided to not say anything further but honestly it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a coffee shop. The employee acted like she hated her job and was angry that I was there. Very negative energy and attitude and should absolutely not be working at a coffee shop. I have worked in a coffee shop and this industry and recognize the importance of having a positive attitude . What a disappointment, I will NOT be back and I would strongly encourage the hiring department to take a closer look who they have representing their company . read more

It's a good place to meet up for business. Plenty of parking and comfortable. I've had business meetings here and have noticed several people do the same. The tea and coffee may not be the best, but it's acceptable. I'm sure you already know. But, did you know the toasted cheese danish is a winner! I bought one for a friend, he reacted "this thing should be illegal." Yes, they are that addictive. If you like super sweet stuff, it's not for you. But if you like a good pastry to go with coffee or tea, try one. Ok, now for this specific location. Awesome people, both staff and customers. You'll be well treated when you order and you'll find yourself among very friendly patrons. Keep working SBUX, you're at 3 stars, let's get it to 4! read more

Was a terrible experience pick up time was 10:21 waited 5 minuets asked for my order said it wasn't even at the location till I showed them my order then they started to make my drink but the pastries I ordered were just sitting there getting cold. Everything was done 10 minuets later. I observed everyone getting there drinks before me even though I ordered 15 minuets ago. Food was cold drinks were alright and experience poor. read more

7/22/11 Came in to redeem my complimentary birthday drink- chose a large Very Berry Refresher, a green coffee-based black raspberry drink rehydrated from a mix. I enjoyed it very much, but I doubt I'll order it again, now that I know it's a rehydrated mix drink... Service was very friendly, and the two women there were very patient w/ my questions about the new Refreshers. So the only reason I ever stop in at this particular Starbuck is because it is on my way to the gym and I almost always need a Double Espresso to get me through the cardio. I always, always... always get the same thing. Doppio with no lid, and then I ask for the soy milk. It's kind of a bummer to me that they don't remember. I'm not expecting it or think I'm special or anything, but I've seen two or three of the baristas every time i go in. Hmph. My mom always told me I was special... Beware when there is a line. The Scottsdale Mommies or whoever they are get all in a tizzy when their Venti Black Tea Lemonade is made with Green Tea instead. I mean REALLY, i TOLD him Black Tea. Wasn't he listening?? Yuck. I personally love this location dunno what all the hate is for. Friendly workers, quick and efficient and always make the drinks right. I go to other Starbucks' sometimes and they don't taste as good as the ones from this location. Their manager Ian just has great vibes, always greets everyone when they come thru the door. They were closed temporarily due to short staff but are open now and so happy they are. New staff was very friendly and attentive read more

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever done Uber Eats deliveries for... every time I stand there waiting almost 10 minutes when the order is already finished, in the bag, sitting on the counter right when I get there and no one acknowledges that i'm standing there to pick up an order when it takes not even 2 seconds to hand me the bag... the worst customer service ever at any Starbucks. In the shade in the morning. Great outdoor seating area. Friendly regulars. Good coffee. Fresh pastries (in the morning). All in all, it's a nice version of a chain coffee store. The line will be out-the-door long in the morning until about 10:00am or so, but don't let that scare you: They work through the line quickly. This is the favorite Starbucks of several of my friends in the area -- and considering they have about 5 to choose from in a mile vicinity, that should say a lot. read more

After several more visits..... because it is on the way to the dog park I cannot upgrade this Starbucks from one star. The last 3 times I did mobile order and showed up in the allotted time the app said 3-5 minutes.... 7 actually and still waited over 8 minutes more one time 10 another and a full 12 minutes the 3rd time. Each time they apologized and said they were understaffed. The staff there is friendly even though overwhelmed with the amount of business..... perhaps fix the application to say the accurate time so I could order at the 101 store instead. read more

S L O W employees. The few times I have been here there has been 1 employee working behind the counter and the line moved at snail speed. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Maybe they're properly staffed in the mornings...both times I went it was late afternoon. I'd rather go to 92nd St or another one that's nearby. I will say, that both times I went here my drinks tasted awesome so I haven't completely written off this location. read more

I asked for a simple iced chai tea latte with oat milk which is literally just them having to mix milk and chai tea together and add ice but they tried handing me a hot chai tea latte with oat milk and the reason i asked for oat milk is bc im extremely allergic to regular milk. i told them i asked for it iced they were like no problem and remade it iced this time but with used REGULAR milk. tbh I should contact my bank and have my money refunded bc i didnt get what i ordered. And they could literally be sued over this bc i asked for oat for a reason if the barista cant fucking make a drink properly then they need to be fired and the only barista at that location was a blonde chick about 20-25yrs old id stay the hell away from this location read more

Like most of us, I have been working from home, but also without a car for the past 3 weeks. That said, other than one bike ride over to the shop, I ordered my coffees, breakfasts via uber eats on several occasions. Iced coffee was nearly perfect, all the rest just as good. I was happy to get my quick fix at my doorstep! At the shop, my orders were completed quickly and staff came outside to being me my items. I'm a happy customer!! read more

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Let me help you out: 1) If you go here to study, take a jacket because it's FREEZING 2) Their iced coffee is really weak most of the time 3) Consistently the longest wait, even for the most simple drinks. I've been late to work so many times because it takes them forever. Definitely go to a different location if you can 4) There was a point where I went here a couple times in a row and every single time they totally messed up my drink. Love this place because of the service in spite of it getting swamped, weekdays in the morning -The line can be out the door. On those days I use the app to order ahead. My order is always there 10 minutes later. But today, Saturday about, 9 I walked up and ordered. I've been to this Starbuck's a few times now. It's conveniently located in the AJ's shopping plaza, near a dentist, salon/spa, and Flo's. It does not have a drive-thru but there's plenty of parking in the morning. (In the afternoon it's a madhouse due to the lunch rush at Flo's.) The employees have always been nice and courteous. I've never had to wait very long for my drink, which is nice when I'm in a hurry in the morning. They do have plenty of seating both inside and out, so that's a plus. I usually see folks enjoying the outdoor seating with their dogs or while still wearing their workout clothes. Overall, it's another Starbucks. Same items and service you experience and expect at any other Starbucks. read more

This place can be hit or miss, especially in the mornings. If Corbin is working (strawberry blonde barrista), you'll be assured to have your drink ready by the time you finish paying. Yes, he's that quick. Other barristas I've had there have made me wait so long that I actually asked for my money back. I think it's a training starbucks, so it's very likely you'll get a trainee. If you're patient, you'll be rewarded. They're all very nice and friendly. As if you need recommendations for what to get, I like their vanilla lattes, and their protein boxes. read more

Do not bother placing a mobile order here. Takes even longer and they don't put them by the door - you have to go to the same place as all the in person orders and figure out where yours is. Estimated pickup was 8 am. Almost 8:10 read more

It's almost silly writing a review for Starbucks - isn't it?? Aren't they all pretty much the same? Actually, that's the huge upside for Starbucks that you pretty consistently get the same drink no matter what location you stop at. This location has a great outdoor patio, along with some comfortable seating inside - and the people that work there are always very friendly. I am amazed at how many of them remember my name and drink preference, especially with the volume of people through there. Quite often there is a line, but it always moves quickly. It's a good place to say a quick hi to friends in the morning before tackling the commute and the rest of the day! Slowest Starbucks I have ever visited! They had two people working cash registers and one working food items and only one barista. Obviously, that lone barista got behind....WAAY behind! Unfortunately, even the two cashiers got behind! Typical good Starbucks products and great location. But, I'm sure they lose customers because of the wait for service. read more

I usually like this location but today was just awful. The cashier sounded like she was paying attention to what I wanted but I guess she didn't care to even listen to me. I asked for a macchiato with extra caramel because the Expresso is always a little stronger and not only did they not put extra caramel they didn't even put a regular amount. It was so bad I couldn't even drink it.. I had to just make my coffee at home. $6 down the drain and then I asked for a croissant not warmed up and they warm it up... I wanted to save it for later because I already ordered a sandwich so now my sandwich is gonna be cold for later because I had to eat one of them. A place that I used to come to all the time, I will never go again. Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! Ruined my morning.. I could've made coffee hours ago but I was looking forward to go to Starbucks on my lunch. I'll just drive to a different one further away with better service and people who care to get my order right. read more

I'd give it a 7.8/10 - still a good drink, not a deep matcha taste, but the vanilla syrup is super - it is the main flavor of the drink in my opinion.

I would definitely give this place 5 stars for ambience. It totally reminds me of Lisa Vanderpump's restaurants. The attention to detail was on point. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and asked if the matcha was gluten free and the server seemed a little annoyed and handed me the bag of matcha. I could not tell from the bag if it was or not but I ordered it anyways. I was really hungry but didn't want a salad at 8am. My latte came out in a paper cup and tasted ok. I wanted to love this place but it wasn't for me but definitely would be great for gluten patrons and for the atmosphere.

Also, service is a bit unusual as you're sat down but to order, you have to go to the bar rather than have a waiter take your order. I tried out a Salt de Caramel which is one of their specialty alcoholic drinks and a ham and cheese croissant. This cost me $27.01. The alcoholic beverage was well presented and tasted nice. The ham and cheese croissant was warm and soft. Surprisingly enough, this restaurant also sells various snacks that you would normally find in a small convenience store.

They are good at giving you recommendations and are always spot on when you let them know what your looking for in a drink. This time I tried their tonic with espresso called "après ski" . It was the perfect amount of sweet and very flavorful. I love that I can always taste the coffee when I get a specialty beverage here. My husband got the "richie rich" and he thought it was perfectly smooth and creamy and he doesn't even normally like cold brew. Thank you so much Tamosan!
