Had to repeat my order a couple times before it stuck -- but hey, maybe I interrupted the drive-thru football game the broistas had going on. I ordered my usual iced Americano and it was honestly disappointing. The coffee tasted bitter and the flavor fell flat. First time I've had a coffee from Dutch Bros that missed the mark this much. On the other hand, the green tea was actually really good. Flavors were balanced perfectly and it definitely saved the visit. The line moved fast and both drinks were nice and cold, so points for speed and consistency there.

The staff here were extremely nice. I had ordered an iced toffee nut coffee and an iced Vanilla Bee Chai. I will say the iced chai was really good but the iced toffee nut coffee was not what we expected. I thought it would've been a little sweeter drink, but it was a bitter. Also ordered a frosted lemon bread on the recommendation of the nice lady that waited on me. It was really good, but the icing was overly sweet so next time I may try the cinnamon coffee cake one. Overall, I say is a really good experience. I would give it a higher score if the iced toffee nut would've been more to our liking but solid 4 and I will return for sure.

I decided to get a Boba tea today, and I went through the drive thru. The gal that took my order was nice and prompt about serving it. I sipped my drink down on the way home. It seems to me that they once had a machine that sealed the plastic down on the cup. Now they provide hard plastic lids with a hole for the fat straw to go through. This change didn't stop my ability to suck up the Boba.
