I went through the drive through and had sticker shock not only were there prices not updated on the menu, but apparently you can only order a rather large smoothie...why? I also ordered a açaí bowl it was rather small it had about 1/3 of a banana,3-4 strawberries, a very small handful of blueberries, maybe 3/4 cup granola, and a more thickened smoothie additive at the bottom, it was small . With the drink and smoothie it cost $19.00....ouch ! The food was good but really I cannot afford these prices unless it was a substantial burger like Fud which is not nearly as expensive! read more

This location is an absolute joke. i've placed two orders in the past three weeks online. Both times when I pick up my orders I was told "we did not have all the ingredients to make your selections" and was given smoothies with only half of the ingredients included. The attitude of the staff is basically what do you expect me to do about it? first of all, maybe update your website so it doesn't list items available when they truly are not. Secondly don't deceive customers by trying to pass off product with only half of the listed ingredients. Ordered smoothies with edible straw. When I went to pick it -no edible straw. I asked the cashier about, she said they were out. No apology. I asked about a refund for the cost of the straw as they are extra. I was ignored. So yeah that happened. They charge $8 for a single drink and the treat you like that? Nope. Let me start of by saying we're regulars here going lately during my pregnancy about 3x a week at least lol and the 3 stars are because of our PRECIOUS experiences there. anyway Most of the time this a refreshing place to get a drink. But the shakes are always inconsistent depending on who is making them but usually still a good. However today the shakes were WAY OFF and when I reached out I I felt pretty annoyed how at the service by the manager was handled. Bella was the lead and I think manager was Helena? Anyway we picked up our smoothies and they both seem as is they are already melted or over watery. Usually when we order our shakes we will each add 2 supplements being energizer and whey or whey and chia. When it's made there is usually some left over so we will ask to have the extra put in a small cup to get the whole amount of supplements. Usually we order in store but but time when used the app and called immediately after and asked to have the "extra" left in the blended on the side since it has some of the supplements. In store no big issue today so she said ok but upon arrival said there was nothing extra. Bizarre to my amazement I think the recipe was shortened with less ice (the cheapest thing) just to avoid giving the "extra" and totally ruined the smoothies to like a thick juice. When I called I spoke to the lead first and then the manager. Both were short. But upon getting on the phone with the manager she immediately went to how when you add protein it makes it more of a liquid texture. That is absolutely false! Protein would increase the texture/thickness and has nothing to do with it being a refreshing ice cold smoothie. And they didn't include the chia seeds either. She told me well I could bring it back undrinken and they could remake it. I informed her I am pregnant and a teacher and was unsure if I could go back today. She told me well it didn't matter what time in the day but to go back today... wow did she just completely ignore what I said and bypass me basically. Pretty sad cause if you pull our account we're always there. Now I'm not to sure since the manager is a representation of that store and the employees. Ordered an açaí bowl online. Went to pick it up and was told they were out of açaí bowl, which is fine stuff happens. I just wanted a refund, was told no one knew how to do it out of 3 people working. Which is fine as well, I just asked for a note that stated "coming back for refund" and their name so when I do come back there isn't an issue. I spoke with Jaz (attitude problem) who said okay to writing the note. Then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for the note. Was then approached and told they were closed and I needed to leave. I told them I was waiting for a note, was then told by Jaz that she couldn't write a note at this time (apparently her hands not working idk) at this point I was irritated and just left. Moral of the story Jaz had huge amounts of attitude, no people skills nor customer service. I called today at 8:27 pm they said they don't take orders over the phone, then I said I will be right in to place my order and the teenager replies "we don't make food after8:30".....???????? what???????? your open until 9pm? this place is unprofessional and for the second time have made a complete joke out of themselves.
