Saporito's is one of the few places in town to get pizza or Italian whatsoever. A long time local hangout. The space inside may be limited but it has charm somehow. Coming in here to order we thought maybe the only choice was to get it to go. It's pretty small looking from the outside. They actually have a few tables. A cool thing is these have tomato cans. They put the food on top of these. It's about $6 for the spaghetti. The small portion is actually pretty big too. Basic looking as far as pasta goes to be honest. Pay another buck for each extra ingredient. We got it with mushrooms. Pizza is kind of basic. The prices for this are higher. Great thing there's not much of competition around. It's a place okay to bring families. They're closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

The crust is awesome and cheese is placed liberally!! There ae quite an array of 'specialty' pizzas too, including a rueben!! It's worth the trip!! Fans or not, be aware there may be league baseball games complete with fans during the summer, but there are plenty of tables, inside and out, (and employees to handle things) if there's a crowd. However, the reason we chose it was because several reviews mentioned reliable delivery, which was important to us on this occasion. And it turned out to be a great decision: although they quoted 75-80 minutes for delivery, it arrived in just over an hour. How was the pizza? Pretty good, not the best, but very solid. All the ingredients were in balance and it was warm enough for how far it traveled (at least 15 minutes).

Low and behold i called Belloccio's! I told the guy who took my order how skeptical i was about ordering pizza from somewhere outside the chicagoland area. The gentleman who took the order offered me this- taste the pizza delivered... if you like it pay for it; if you dont. Send it back- no charge. Well i ordered a large cheese, sausage, GP, and onion... lemme tell ya... outa 10.... 8.5! A little salty... but other than that- if this pizza was my neighborhood pizza joint it would be my GO TO PIZZA PLACE! I will definitely be ordering my pizza from here again next year when we come back out this way for our annual to Geneseo! GREAT JOB IN PROVING THIS SKEPTIC WRONG! Double thumbs. Up to Belluccio's!
