Did you SEE all the five star reviews?! Well what's one more?! I received the referral for DustBusters from a friend and noted the positive feedback on social media. My experience was no different than others - excellent communication, on-time crew, thorough work (wow guys!), fair price, and a clean home when the crew left. Mike, thanks. We'll look for opportunities to share our experience and recommend you wholeheartedly. read more

Really is dustless floor removal. Had almost 1,400 sq feet of travertine tile removed. They did a great job and left the house as clean as they found it . I was really nervous because I had a similar job done in my house in Florida and it was a dusty, powdery nightmare that required lots of cleanup and vacuuming of walls after they left. However, DustBusters did exactly as they promised- worked efficiently, and they were even nice about it! Don't really see how it could have gone better. Highly recommend. read more

These guys came to remove tile for me to help me get ready to lay down new laminate. The workers were focused and efficient. They quoted me $1800.00 to do the requested area. The work was more involved than they expected and took longer. I agreed to pay an extra $200 and in return they agreed to haul off some carpet I tore up. I took away a Star because they left one room unworkable. They didn't want to damage the wood under the linoleum so they left the floor uneven in one room. I had to call another company and pay more money to have the floor prepped properly. Most of the work they did was as expected... but I did pay extra and have to hire a 2nd company to finish the job read more

Highly recommend!! If you are looking to remove your flooring, these guys & their dustless removal process are worth EVERY penny! Our neighbors had remodeled only their bathroom and they have horror stories about the thick layer of fine dust & particles during that and how still, to this day, they are dealing with it to some degree. (Allergies, still cleaning, etc.) We had Capital Tile remove the flooring from our entire house, while we live and work in it during our reno. I know our floors were a mess when they started (hey, we knew they were getting ripped out) and these guys cleaned up after they were done. * skilled at their craft * professional * hard working * very conscientious workers (very careful moving our furniture, etc.) * And just all around nice, likeable guys! Wish them much success as I like to see good guys win! Mahalo nui loa!! (Thank you very much!!) read more

Wow! Mike and his crew were awesome. They arrive on time, a little early actually, which was just fine. They worked fast, protected my stuff, removed all the tile and left my place so clean it was amazing! Highly recommend this company. Very fair pricing too. read more

These guys were awesome. Wore masks, stayed distant, and did an amazing job. I had almost 900ft of tile removed, and they chipped it out, cleaned up, and made it look perfect in one day. Would absolutely use them again if I ever had a house with tile in it. read more

Wow, Mike and his two helpers were fast. They removed a little over 400 sf of ceramic tile and thinset in about 5 hours. They also grinded down a couple cracks in the cement slab under my carpet so it is level. They left the floor of the house clean and vacuumed, almost dust free:) I would definitely recommend this company. Tip: I have a hoover floor cleaner, so I poured a little water on the cement and vaccuumed it up. It was surprising to see how much cement came up with this cleaning, several cups. To prevent the cement chalk from getting on our shoes, I sealed the walk ways of the slab with high gloss cement sealer. Goes on quickly with a window squeegee and hardens the top layer. read more

Mike and his team did and excellent job removing our tile floor! I called around and got pricing and some of the estimates were ridiculous for price per sq ft for dust free removal. Mike was fair priced, friendly and responsive. His team showed up exactly when they said they would (like on the dot) and they finished the job exactly when Mike estimated (again on the dot!) simply amazing. We had a lot of tile removed and the job was very clean! Our tile installers were impressed with how nicely the removal was done and the floor prepped for install. We would recommend Mike, Mike Jr and the Dustbusters guys to anyone for dustless floor removal. read more

They did a great job removing my front entry tile. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The owner was very quick to respond to my quote request through yelp. Other companies quoted me very high or refused to quote me at all due to the small size of the project. I appreciated the fair price and the willingness to do a smaller job. They us with left a clean, flat, smooth surface. I am very pleased with their work and will recommend them to others in the future. read more

We reached out to quite a few places to get a quote for our bathroom floor, shower and tub. Dustbusters was one of the few that were willing to do the remainder for our shower and our whole tub. Others had responded with a long wait time of 3-4 months or tried to make it seem like we were getting a great deal on the job. When Mike, the owner reached out, we unfortunately had a COVID scare in our house and didn't get back to him that fast. Nonetheless, Mike fit us into his schedule rather fast. When he and his crew showed up, they were absolutely professional and courteous. They were completely understanding of us having young children in the house, protecting our carpet and getting the job done efficiently and quickly as well as explaining why it would've been that much harder to do myself. As they were getting done, Mike came down vacuuming every inch of carpet they had gone near. Other than seeing the bare subfloor, it was as if they were never there because it was so clean. We absolutely plan on calling them back in the future when we're ready to start remodeling downstairs and need to remove the tile flooring from multiple rooms. This was money well spent. read more

Mike and his team were amazing! Although they normally remove tile, they removed my wood floor and did an excellent job! They vacuum as they go, so there's very minimal dust. Then they smooth everything out with their grinder. They show up on time and leave everything spic and span. I've already recommended him to several of my friends and highly recommend him to YOU too! read more

My husband and I are moving from SD to AZ. We just purchased a home in Queen Creek, and the tile and carpet needed to be removed. We contacted 3 different flooring removal companies, and Mike Weber of DustBusters Floor Removal was the only one to respond promptly. Mike was professional, his pricing was reasonable, and he immediately answered questions we had. He and his crew arrived on time, and completed our job within the time frame and quality level he promised. We are grateful for the work of Mike and his team, and sincerely appreciate their commitment to taking care of their customers. read more

If you're a do-it-yourselfer, please read. I have removed carpet and installed a floating hardwood floor and have gotten a lot of compliments on it the professional looking job- even from professionals. This made me extra confident when I thought I could rent some tools for a few hours and remove the tile and hardwood from my house. Luckily, I did not try. Three people with the proper tools and know-how took three days to remove my flooring - the hardwood was glued down with some adhesive that had the ability to hold extremely firm to the concrete slab yet soft enough to let every joint separate and look terrible (the original install was definitely a DIY job - a poor one too) They were able to remove the flooring and remove all of the glue and thinset from the slab to prep the floor for a vinyl tile installation. My house was treated with respect and was clean every single day. The workers showed up on time every day and they worked a full day. They definitely earned their money on this job. I highly recommend. read more

Mike and his team are phenomenal! I had a dustless removal group cancel on me at the last minute. I spoke with Mike at 5:45 pm letting him know my dilemma. By 7:15 pm he had called me back to let me know he had assembled a team who would be at my house at 7:00 am the next day. The quote they provided me was also less than the other company. When they got here, they showed me how the other company's recommendation wasn't necessary and saved me money. On top of that, they worked fast and efficiently. They were excellent - and I'm super picky! If you are considering dustless floor removal, you've found the right company. Call them now! read more

I can not say enough about these guys. After we attempted to remove the tile in our newly purchased home it became clear after about 2 days worth of toiling that we needed some professional assistance. I put a request for a bid through Yelp and received a response back in a timely manner with what was a reasonable price. I then talked to Mike the owner over the phone and got further into detail about the state of the work and what had transpired until that point. Fortunately for us they had availability to begin the next day due to a cancellation. They arrived early the next day (appointment was for 7am but they were on-site and unloading equipment at 6:45am waiting on me). When I arrived Mike and I walked the house and outlined what needed to be done. We also discussed the debris pile in the back yard we created during our attempt at removing the tile and came to a fair price for them to haul it away. I can say that without a doubt we wished we would have called them from the get-go. The thinset that was used for our tile was industrial grade and hard as can be. We would have been killing ourselves for a couple weeks trying to do what they expertly did in less than a day and a half. All the tile and thinset was removed, the surfaces ground smooth and we were left with a floor ready for our installer. No mess whatsoever and no noticeable dust. These guys are the epitome of hard working, honest professionals as well as being extremely accommodating. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Mike and his crew did such a good job with our tile removal. I'm really just so impressed and happy with how things went. They showed up right on time and got to work quickly. They did much more than I expected as far as protecting household items and minimizing dust. I even asked them to remove tile in a closet full of clothes - Im looking at everything right now and aside from the tile being gone, it's like nothing even happened! Beyond doing a great job with the actual tile removal, he and his crew were very respectful, polite, and generally helpful. I would recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else. Pricing was very competitive too, money well spent. read more

Wow, someone shows up exactly when they say they will??? These guys did. They did everything we agreed upon at an exceptionally reasonable price. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. These guys rock! This is not a friend or family review, completely honest, you'd better hire them if you need flooring removed. read more

I know good subs when I see their work. I'm a third generation general contractor, and needed 1700 sf of old flooring removed from a project while we were still living in it. I called Mike and he gave me a price over the phone which was very reasonable. They showed up on time the 3 full days they worked, removing both ceramic tile and glued down engineered wood plank (PITA). Their HEPA vacuums and "dustless" system worked beautifully. There was only a little bit of dust on some of the surfaces, but I think that was from me when I turned on my Shop Vac by mistake. They wiped down everything when they were finished, and left the job cleaner than when they started. Their price was way better than the "king". Their attitude is extremely professional, they are very hard workers and took minimal breaks. I couldn't be more happy hiring them. Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. They go to 11. read more

I recently hired Capital Tile to remove existing tile from my home. They were right on time, efficient and did the job exactly as promised. Though there is always a bit of dust during tile removal, their method of clean air tile removal exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again and cannot recommend them more highly! read more

They quoted me over the phone based on my sq footage. I agreed. We met a few days later. They were on time. We added in tiled baseboards upon their arrival. It was easy to work with them. The price was reasonable and my tile turned out great. They even used a generator to get started since my power wasn't on yet. I'll definitely use them again. read more
