I hired this cleaning company about a month ago and I was conflicted to write this review, but the…read moremore time that passed the more details I noticed post-cleaning that really bothered me. I requested a deep cleaning of my completely empty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one story, 1140 sq ft condo. The day of the job, 2 very nice ladies showed up with all of their own cleaning products and vacuum. They took 5 hours at $75 an hour and I tipped them $25 each. They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

I had been using Pink Sponge since they were Melania's Cleaning, so I was a loyal customer for…read moreseveral years. Overall, my experience was okay--not terrible, but not exceptional either. The main reason I decided to stop using their services was a significant price increase of about $200, which I found difficult to justify. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost. I'm giving Pink Sponge 3 stars because the customer service was consistently good, and when the cleaning was done well, it was excellent. However, the inconsistent quality combined with the higher pricing made it difficult for me to continue as a customer.
