They've been in business for 34 years so they know exactly what they're looking for when taking in items and have a great selection at all times, as a result! If you are interested in selling them your women's clothing, the boutique expect's all incoming items to arrive dry cleaned and on a hanger. The store is located on 3 levels with sales upstairs, as well as hand bags, stunning shoes and boots, gowns, caocktail dresses and more. The main floor has new arrivals and tonnes of designer brands from around the globel; Gucci, Chanel, Prada and on and on. Some items cost hundreds of dollars but are a fraction of the regular price and sometimes, hot off the runway. This floor also has a great collection of designer hand bags, shoes and jewellery, the most exclusive of which are always located at the front counter, where you may ask to see them! 2nd Nature really is a gem, I would give the store a perfect 5 except for the staff. Their customer service can be very good but it really depends who's serving you and some store staff and clientelle alike can be rude. I think being surrounded by stunning Jimmy Cho's all day might go to their heads a little bit- LOL

I phoned again 2 months ago, left a message complaining about the poor service and finally had a call back. They claimed that no one got my messages which I find hard to believe as I was very clear in my messages, leaving my call back number and name, and description of items. Talked with one salesperson and she told me that she would get back to me when they located the items but, they are extremely busy with consignments so it may take some time. I am still waiting. My feeling is, they cannot find my earrings or, they did not sell in due time so they sent them, who knows where? I will not recommend consigning your goods here as they appear to be evasive.

The quality back then was wonderful. I visited the flagship store in Stockholm five years ago. The quality has gone downhill. It's almost like the company likes creating disposable clothes where you are expected to buy article of clothing, wear it a few times, and then donate it. My friend and I were at Heartland Town Centre last weekend. We were at Old Navy and decided to pop into H&M next store. I did like some cute tops while I was there, such as a tank top with cute lemons, a shirt that pointed out that it was Saturday, and a lemon purse accessory. I didn't by anything. If I were dying to get something, it would have been the lemon purse accessory. It was something like $4 and was cute. Luckily, my willpower had kicked in. If you are looking for quality-made clothing, this store isn't for you. However, if you have disposable income and enjoy donating your clothes often, H&M is the place to be. (223)

I really prefer this location to the mall H&M stores. 4 reasons 1) you can find 2 seasons worth of stuff here. Excellent for those of you who enjoy dressing themselves to the beat of your drum rather than choosing out of what is 'in'. 2) most of the cute items that are in the current weeks shipment will be on sale here 3) very few sales people and big location = shopping at your own pace 4) loads of size availability Tip: if you make a visit in the afternoon (pick me up at lunch hour?) the line up is non existent, which is never the case for the mall H&M's. Happy shopping :) xoxo M.

The wonderful thing, the presentation and quality makes this feel like a store that sells fresh seasonal high end clothes. This is not your mama's consignment store. I arrived early one day and noticed they had a sale. If you ever see a 'sale' sign on the window... just walk in. I'm guaranteed you will be surprised at the prices. You will find perfect condition clothes for fractions of the cost... sometimes at 10% of their retail counterparts. Some of the help here can be cool and aloof... almost judgmental but there are 2 here who clearly have more of that charismatic and warmer touch to make you think you can be regular client. Now this Canadian brand has really exploded, with many styles going viral on the web. The quality of the clothes has noticeably depreciated while the prices steadily increase. But it remains one of the few shops that carries pieces that are small enough to fit me, and embodies the simultaneous sexy and sophisticated look I aspire to. I popped into this Queens st location with a group of ladies, and we rationalized our purchases by telling ourselves it costs less to shop at this brand in Canada than in the US. While I am slowly working my way away from fast fashion, I definitely pick up pieces here and there that I wear for years.

While I am not traditional-sized, I am in the Aritzia size range and have never had an issue finding the Butter line in my size, which is 12-16 depending on the store. I wasn't shocked to see most of the items here at this location are medium, small, or X-small. All of that is fine, and I get it. What I don't get is the need for your staff to be so deeply unpleasant and unprofessional. I was with my partner, and we both made attempts to ask for help in finding a size. One staff member kept avoiding me, and even when I made eye contact and asked for help, she kept pretending like she didn't see me. Another one literally looked me up and down, like full read, and smiled and loudly said, "We don't have your size here." I said fair enough and went on my way. When I was leaving, some bleach-blond person almost hit me with a door and straight up just stood there giving me a dirty look. The security here is nicer than the staff. Luckily, in Toronto we have a lot of little boutiques around the city that specialize plus size. Gussied Up has been around for a few years in Toronto and even has a store in Vaughan. She obviously curates her store to carry great, special pieces and has a variety of classic and basic pieces as well as more higher label pieces that are seldom available to find in Canada. She has always been super helpful and never pushy. I also rather support a small business and have my dollars go back into the community. Even today, I popped in after not visiting in a while and Anna, the shop girl, was super patient, attentive and a great help in finding me suggestions. I look forward to coming back and buying some new dresses! Notably a lot Joseph Ribkoff pieces here! Some gorgeous unique gems. Also some of the cutest swimwear!
