But when you arrive, they tack on all these add on fees. Some of them made sense and some don't even exist. Called and got a quote for $500. Get there and there's 2 options, wired or Bluetooth. Fine. $100 upgrade. ($600) Then the frame is extra. $150 for plastic? Ouch.. fine. Then $150 to wire the steering wheel to the radio.. fine. That's $900 now. Then they said they would "basically" throw in the back up cam for "like- free" ($20) So.. how did that tally up to $1000 plus tax? They're doing scammer math here. And after all of that. The back up cam is like an 8bit game from back in the day. It's outrageously pixelated and I told them it's embarrassing that they are even offering such a product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE and now I'm out $1100 An installer down the street would've done it for me for $850.

Do Not Use this company for an install. Just 4 years ago, I had a Pioneer stereo and backup camera…read morehead unit, plus steering wheel controls, installed in my Tundra. The usual installer was off for the day but the owner said he could do it. Several calls to the regular guy yielded a poorly installed unit that now, wont show the backup camera, unless the system decides it wants to or it shows the backup camera view 100% of the time. The music fades in and out, the reception wont stay on one station. Sometimes Im even able to change the station using the steering wheel controls. Most times, not. Sometimes, I cant even change the volume of the stereo. All in all for more than $500, the installation quality sucks. Oh, lets not forget that everything I needed for online learning, etc, was thrown out by the shop including the remote.

Unluckily for me, the truth didn't present itself until years later and besides this original review I have no way of proving this is the business that did it. When I called the business to see if they would help me they took advantage of my not having a receipt anymore and said they've never worked on a police interceptor, especially since I've moved states twice. Just stay away, and go somewhere more reputable and willing to admit damage they've done to a vehicle. I'm sure when they got the screws in they immediately realized what they had done and just let me drive off like that without saying anything to anyone.
