I've done a ton of research and was planning to use it for an outdoor system that I have. I was planning to supply it with sufficient wattage of 12 V DC power, which is the same as a car battery, and I was going to put a fuse on it just like you would in a car. I also checked the speaker impedances, the gauges of the wires, and I know the max power that I could put through the speakers. I also didn't say anything about warranties or anything like that, so there was no reason why they didn't sell me the parts. He didn't mention any reason why he wouldn't provide the info, he would just comment that I should go look elsewhere, which was really bizarre if I was only on the phone with him for about two minutes. They should remedy their staffing issues.

I had received an after market back up camera for my Christmas gift and I was excited to get that bad boy on my car. After calling the shop a couple of times, we were told to head over since they were finishing up with another car. The location is hidden in back on Katella but if you just look for the side entrance with the huge signs, after you pass farmers' boys, you'll be golden. We were quoted $120 and in no way were we pressured to be upsold. He spoke how he had just done a car similar to mine and even let me see how the after market camera would look. I wasn't too happy about the location of the monitor but hey, at least I have a back up camera now! The total work took about 2 hours, a little over what we were quoted but all the greats were never rushed. I mean ... it took Michaelangelo how long to paint the Sistine Chapel? For $120, the work was done fantastically. He even found a way to hardwire the camera so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of plugging the power in and out. Thank you MJ! Do Not Use this company for an install. Just 4 years ago, I had a Pioneer stereo and backup camera…read morehead unit, plus steering wheel controls, installed in my Tundra. The usual installer was off for the day but the owner said he could do it. Several calls to the regular guy yielded a poorly installed unit that now, wont show the backup camera, unless the system decides it wants to or it shows the backup camera view 100% of the time. The music fades in and out, the reception wont stay on one station. Sometimes Im even able to change the station using the steering wheel controls. Most times, not. Sometimes, I cant even change the volume of the stereo. All in all for more than $500, the installation quality sucks. Oh, lets not forget that everything I needed for online learning, etc, was thrown out by the shop including the remote.
