We'll Floor U was recommended by a local interior designer. Ordering the floors and splitting the…read moreinstallation between two projects was handled well. The second project was in a garage conversion and installed in a timely manner. After the install I realized that the garage floors were about as level as the ocean in 3 foot seas I reached back out to them. Called to ask why the floors were installed and the level wasn't checked before install. LVT is has pretty strict tolerances the manufacture puts out to avoid failures down the line and to adhere to the manufacturers warranty. In prior houses the installers would check the level of the floors and perform the necessary steps to make sure the floors could be installed. Their initial quote included the following as well "Any unforeseen floor prep or labor will be determined upon installation and billed accordingly. " Someone from We'll Floor U came out after a couple calls and insisted the floors were fine and there would be no issues. Even as they watched a marble roll across two rooms at speed. They said they could remove the floor, level them and reinstall the floors. We would only have to pay for the leveling. Cool a couple $30-$50 dollar bags of leveler spread over a 20x40 room, shouldn't be that expensive. Nope, the quoted us a couple thousand dollars to spread the leveler. Clearly they were trying to charge us for their mistake. Needless to say it didn't happen. So here we are, patiently waiting for our LVT floors to separate and fail as we bounce up and down on the soft spots on the unlevel subfloor. Do yourself a favor and skip this place when shopping for new floors.

Best roofing company out there, hands down! Great customer service!…read more I cannot say enough good things about the team at Total Roofing. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. What impressed me most can be summed up in three areas: their sales team, communication, and flawless execution. Sales: Eli and the sales team were exceptional. They took the time to explain the roofing products, walk me through the available options, answer every question, and guide me through the decision-making process without ever making me feel pressured. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence in my choice. Communication: Shakira kept everything running seamlessly. She established a group text that kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew when each crew would arrive, what work would be completed that day, and what to expect next. That level of communication made the entire project stress-free. Execution: This is where Total Roofing truly exceeded my expectations. The project was organized with military precision. Separate crews handled the removal of the old shingles and replacement of any damaged wood, staged the materials for installation, and completed the roof installation itself. Every crew was courteous, efficient, and incredibly careful to protect my property, including my pool and all of my outdoor furniture. At the end of each day, the cleanup was remarkable. There were no nails, no scraps, no debris--everything was meticulously picked up, swept, and blown clean. Benny also checked on the project to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. I honestly cannot express how impressed I am with this company. Watching the coordination of the crews was like watching a well-trained military operation--everyone knew exactly what to do, and they did it with precision and professionalism. The end result is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers exceptional customer service, outstanding communication, and superior craftsmanship, I recommend Total Roofing without hesitation.
