He put that my roof was older than it was, who does that? 2. He put that I had an active leak on my report which was a COMPLETE LIE. I had dry rust on the top of the water heater from a super old leak before I even bought the house. 3. When I confronted him on the first item he laughed and said oh you're right and changed it. However when I confronted him on the water leak via text the guy Chris blocked my number! Can you believe it? Yes believe it. So thank god for Google reviews and all reviews on the web for the measley money he got out of me he will now have to have this review on his company FOREVER! How you like that Mr. Chris, hope it was worth it. Treat people how you want to be treated, and don't lie on 4 point inspections and then block and run.
