Specialties
I'm Anthony Odeh, a Florida-licensed Mold Assessor (MRSA 4494) with 35+ years in building science. Solution One Inspectors is the Treasure Coast's independent choice for mold assessment and indoor air quality testing.
We test and document. We never remediate. Florida law separates the assessor from the remediator for a reason — a company paid to remove mold has a financial interest in finding it. We don't do removal, cleanup, restoration, or biohazard work, and we are not public adjusters. That independence is the entire point: we have no stake in what the results say, which is why attorneys, insurance professionals and homeowners retain us.
Services: mold assessment and testing (air, surface, swab, cavity), indoor air quality testing, moisture mapping, thermal imaging, post-remediation clearance testing, and post-fire inspection for smoke, soot and HVAC contamination.
Written reports within 24 hours. Laboratory results in 5 days or less.
Serving Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Vero Beach and South Florida.
History
Established in 1991.
Anthony Odeh started working in building science and property inspection on the Treasure Coast in 1991. Over three and a half decades he watched the same pattern repeat: a homeowner handed a mold report by the very company hoping to sell them the cleanup.
Florida eventually wrote that conflict into law, licensing the mold assessor separately from the remediator. Solution One Inspectors was built to sit firmly on the assessor's side of that line. We test, we measure, we document, and we never sell the remedy.
That structure is why attorneys, insurance professionals, real estate agents and homeowners across Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach counties bring us in when the findings have to hold up to scrutiny.
Meet the Business Owner: Anthony O.
Most people call me after someone has already told them they have mold. Usually that someone also sells mold removal.
Florida law separates the assessor from the remediator for exactly that reason, and I built Solution One Inspectors on the assessor's side of that line. We don't do removal, cleanup, restoration or biohazard work, and we are not public adjusters. I have nothing to gain from what your results say. That is the entire point.
What I do is measure. Air, surface, swab and cavity sampling. Moisture mapping, thermal imaging, post-remediation clearance testing. Thirty-five years in building science means I know the difference between a stain and a problem, and I will tell you plainly when it is nothing.
Reports within 24 hours. Lab results in five days or less.
