We setup a time and they arrived on time and presented a very professional approach. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and instead of trying to steer me in different directions, they just answered my questions which I really appreciated. I evaluate proposals for a living, so i have an odd way of gathering data to make a decision....and honest, simple answers are the key. Their pricing was very competitive, but most important for me, they are locally owned Frisco business and they live in Frisco. This is always my first choice. I joke that working with people I am likely to run into at the grocery store, gives me a better feeling. We worked through terms and pricing...it was very simple and straight forward . Nothing confusing. No shell game. We scheduled the service. Again, on time and ready to work. The work (new hot water heater) was done very quickly and professionally. They were working just outside my home office and hardly noticed them. Because this is a family business I got to talk to a couple of different people and everyone was awesome to work with, and the very reason I try and work with local companies. We all make our decisions based on our own criteria, but I can't think of a single reason to select another company. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Mr Rooter!!!

Robert, who came out to do the estimate, was very informative. Julio & Johnathan, who did the actual repair work, were fantastic! They kept us informed each step of the way. When the final pressure check still showed a small leak, they were very diligent in finding it, checking every possible gas connection in the house. Turned out to be a minor leak at a valve that we were not even aware that we had up in the attic, apart from the A/C unit. Got it fixed right away since they had a replacement valve with them. Philippe, hope I got the name correct, assisted with the pymt, since I had to split the pymt, plus, I think it was him who doubled checked to be sure the total included the senior discount, which it did, and was much appreciated that they offered it. They were referred to us by a friend of my brother's, saying they use them all the time. We will gladly use them for any plumbing or gas line work we need in the future & refer them to anyone who asks us. Just great, honest service all the way around!

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater…read morefailed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

They were recommended to me by a close friend from my church for whom they had done a similar project a year or so ago. I'm in my mid-60s and have dealt with more contractors than I can count over the nearly 40 years I've been a homeowner. Accurate Leak and Line checks ALL the boxes when it comes to being an excellent contractor. Initial assessment, proposal, communication, implementation, and follow-up were all handled with professionalism, consistency and courtesy. They showed up each day exactly when they said they would. When my personal OCD tendencies showed up and I asked too many questions, Christian, my project manager, responded graciously and respectfully to every question I had. The excavation crew from Deanda Excavation was first-rate with every facet of the digging, tunneling and backfill. They took great care with my yard and house during each phase of their work. The team of AL&L plumbers that handled the actual replacement of all the cast iron with PVC (and it was a TEAM - I think it was at least 6 or 7 plumbers) knocked out the entire plumbing job in a single day, and did it with astonishing efficiency. They went above and beyond in ways I definitely didn't anticipate. For example, they installed two dedicated in-ground cleanouts that never existed at my house before for easy maintenance access at the kitchen sink and half bath drains. If there's ever a clog, it will be easier than ever to clear. When the project was finished, my house and property were undamaged and greatly improved. On the cost side - Accurate Leak and Line charged me the same amount that another reputable contractor had quoted - but the competing quote was ONLY to replace the cast iron plumbing under the house and did not include the long run of pipe (actually two separate runs) from my house to the city sewer service at the alley. Because of this difference in project scope, the Accurate Leak and Line quote ended up being substantially lower than the competing quote. And the job is now 100% done. If you ever need this kind of project done, use these guys! You won't regret it.

He came to install an outside light and move my dining room light. While at my house he took his time to thoroughly research and find out why two of my outlets weren't working in my 1978 house. He also installed a new light over my sink and a new GFI outlet in my kitchen. He also pointed out that my old wired smoke detectors were not working properly and were about 30 years old. Even though I have others in the house he took the time to explain why it was a good idea to replace them with new ones that are also carbon monoxide detectors. I appreciated the way he explained why I needed them. I now feel safer with the new ones installed. I had him come back a second day to change out my kitchen lights and add a light to my shower. When he finished my house, I took him to my daughter's house where he figured out the issue with her kitchen lights and installed a light over her sink. He took his time and made sure everything worked properly before he left. I liked Jayce because he cared about his work and ensured it was right. He was very conscientious. I haven't met someone with this level of customer service in a long time. I highly recommend Mr Electric especially when Jayce is your electrician.
