The reception staff was so helpful over the phone and very welcoming in person. The doctor and hygienist were both amazing and made my son feel comfortable throughout the visit. He was nervous at first, but left with a huge smile on his face saying he wants to come back! They also gave him prizes and shared some really great teeth care tips. This office is amalgam/mercury free, which is of huge importance to me. Dr. Tran and her team are absolutely amazing. I believe she told me that they are also going to start offering Ozone therapy for those who want to use it in their treatments, which is awesome. I came in to get my permanent retainer fixed, but instead of addressing the reason I scheduled my…read moreappointment, Dr. Tath focused on everything else. He brought up removing my wisdom teeth (which I've had for 40 years without any issues, and every other dentist has told me not to worry about them) and pushed for a deep cleaning. I agreed to the cleaning. The first hygienist who did the right side was amazing. The next day I came back for the left side with a different hygienist, and it was horrible. I was choking on water the entire time, and instead of using the suction tool, she just kept apologizing and letting me struggle. After the cleaning, I asked again about my retainer -- the main reason I was there in the first place -- and was told I'd have to wait two more weeks for an appointment, all while my teeth are shifting. This was a horrible experience. Dr. Tath is not focused on helping patients; he seems more interested in money than care. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest and patient-focused dentist.

"BUYER BEWARE"…read more Office staff is friendly. However, I found out during the fitting that the braces trays were not Invisalign, even though that's what I was told I would be getting. I commented that the trays came fast, and Dr. Duong said it was because she uses a "preferred lab" where she can "manipulate the trays" in ways Invisalign won't let her. She felt were superior. That's when it became clear these were not Invisalign trays at all, but a sub‑brand from a non-Invisalign lab. I was never told this upfront. This is a bait‑and‑switch. You can't use the word "Invisalign" the way people say "Xerox" or "Kleenex." Invisalign is a specific premium material for a dental medical device and a specific brand I agreed to. Substituting something else without clear disclosure is not acceptable. Buyer beware.

They take different insurances but if you have to pay out of pocket, their rates are resonable. The office is very clean, and she has plenty of chairs for when she is working on you, so when you are in for your appointment you do not feel crowded. My husband recently had an infection, and they were able to squeeze us in for a same day appointment. I want to thank you everyone who works here for being professional, friendly and caring.
