The staff was very accommodating when I felt the water was too cold, they quickly adjusted. I do think it may have been a water issue because it would change to cold quickly but the staff addressed my concern right away. The person doing my pedicure really took their time and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire pedicure. After an amazing session I moved on to my nails where I was quickly seated in the high back comfortable chairs. The station was very clean and the manicurist was gently when doing my nails. I asked for just polish but the salon offers an array of options like shellac, gel, dip, designs among other things. Overall I was pleased with the quality, cleanliness, location and service. The salon is beautifully decorated and has bright lighting and a calm atmosphere. It wasn't loud and also not so overly busy or crowed on the day I went (a weekday). It was easy to get to and park. The pricing is the same as most salons, but this salon provide a high quality experience vs every other salon in the area.
