The technician said 5 more minutes. I said ok. Then another lady arrived for the same technician to be seen at an appointment time 30 minutes after my appointment time. I had an 11:30 and she had a 12:00pm with the same tech. The manager never asked me if I wanted to see someone else or try to accommodate in any way. It was horrible to sit there for an hour while walk ins were seen. They should have at least asked if I would see another technician. 20 minutes later I told the lady for the appointment time after me that she can have my spot. I walked out. It is frustrating that they book appointments so close together and prioritize the walk ins over customers waiting for an appointment. If I would have said that I would only see a particular person, I would have understood the wait. I should have at least been asked. I will not be returning to this nail salon.
