I recently purchased a fireplace and stove from them and got them to install install it. When they finished there was plastering to be done on eather side of the fireplace which I was informed would require me to hire someone else to fix . I was not happy as I expected the fully fitted price they had provided me included any plastering work. At no time was it mentioned I would need to get someone else to finish off plastering until after the fireplace was installed. Even when they did an on-site visit to review what work had to been done prior to the work comencing they did not mention that that I would have to hire other people to finish of the plastering work. This has marred an other wise satisfactury job but unfortunality I would not use them again. read more
