Excellent service and v personable ... don't go anywhere else!. There are so many cowboys out there ...these are genuine roofers

I called Sean on a Tuesday to check my chimney as I'd had some work done by another roofing crowd who said it needed repair after they had done some work for me a few months ago. Sean came out later that day and inspected it and highlighted the work needed to the chimney but also showed me photos of cracked tiles caused by previous roofers - he gave me a reasonable quote and we agreed for him to come out the next day. He and his assistant Willie did all the work necessary including new lead flashing between chimney and roof and covered exposed facia board and they replaced all broken tiles and cemented as needed. He was very professional showing pictures and video of the before and after. I was very happy with his approach and professionalism and have no hesitation to recommend him and Allguard Roofing - I just wish I'd gone to him in the first place. read more

Allguard roofing advised me that contrary to what I'd been told previously, my roof was not in need of repair. I'd used another company to repair storm damage who'd said that a full roof rebuild was needed. Allguard suggested that was nonsense and perhaps a bid to get money out of me. Appreciated their honesty. They responded quickly and were professional. read more

Brillant service. Storm damage to old roof resulted in water streaming into attic causing serious damage to room below. Contacted various firms for advice and quotes. Allguard provided clearest advice regarding the various options and pricing. When I bought my house earlier this year I knew I needed a new roof and on calling out Allguard Roofing Sean (the Owner) checked over the existing roof and confirmed what I thought. We agreed a price before the work started and at the end of the project there was no hidden extras. I was so happy with the work carried out, they came in on the Monday and stripped the old roof and by Friday I had a completely re slated new roof with led flashing between chimney and roof, even the facia was done to a super finish. This company ruined my lovely expensive zinc roof. I called them out on foot of their ad on their website. The put up these flash bands over my zinc didn't even put them up straight all crocked. It is now going to cost me roughly €5000 to put new zinc over their mess. Do not go by their website. Anyone can say anything on a website. There wasn't even a leak on zinc roof it was just the sliding door that needed adjusting. Avoid this company that's my advice. read more
