Worst cleaners ever !!! if you value your Money, don't book them !!! It's a complete rip off, Mags isn't professional cleaner, cleaning job is awful !!! Instead scraped my window panels with scratch marks... no refund back and not answering call too !! I had to deep clean myself after they left, oven , induction hub, window sills, fridge freezer and even mopped the floor . Horrible experience !!! Disgusting Mags !!! Testimonials are fake in the website !!! Fake pictures on website !!! Used Pink Lady services for a full clean of a new apartment. Not impressed with the service. Shower was left untouched, still clogged with hair and dirt. Water wouldn't even go down so it was clear no-one had even tried to clean it. No action taken when I complained. Would never use this company again read more

HORRIBLE! DO NOT…read moreUSE THEM!!! €220 for a deep clean and the place was still dirty. My house was not a mess either as I typically have a cleaner who comes a of couple times per week to clean, since she is on vacation this week I figured I'd get a company to come and do a "deep clean" so that it would be tidy and I hoped it would be even a bit better than normal. I spoke to this company they told me they would do a "deep clean" and make sure everything was very clean. For €220 they basically did a sloppy version of a regular clean, two people came and after 3 hours I was told they were done and for me to confirm it was a good job. I went around to look and it barely looked as if they did anything. Dirty and stains from the night before were still on the floor, crumbs on the window sills, dust on the cupboards their website says: "We vacate all the cupboards to provide a deep cleaning experience" "We also clean fixtures and polish the surface correctly" " We clean all the tiles, ledges, and frameworks" SIMPLY NOT TRUE!! All they did was waste a Saturday morning for me and overcharge me for it. This is a photo of my stove exhaust, still covered in dust because they didn't do even the basics during their so called "deep clean" DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Did not show yesterday, not even answer our calles or messages for 2 hours…read more then they sent a fabricated email stating that they waited for 45 minutes by the door, then after we spoke with them on the phone, they asked us to share our location which means that they never came. They promised to come today at 16.00, but we just received a message that they are cancelling. No reliability so be careful to make them your only option.

DO NOT GET THIS CLEANING COMPANY ..... As people know I don't complain but when you pay for a job and it's only half done it's so rip of Ireland! I got a cleaning company in to clean as we were building a shed and house had gone by the way fall I asked for a thorough dust and clean!! I will not give the amount it cost but it was not to be sneezed at! I was promised they would do a super professional job so off I went very excited about the cleanliness I would come home too!! My excitement was short lived!!!! In my kitchen they didn't clean top of fridge or fans I have! They never dusted in between bannisters and handrail! The hall floor was smeared with a grease like substance with footprints but my sitting room was the epitome! !! Windowsills not done, shelves not done, wooden floor if was done I have never seen so dull in my life, my rug semi hoovered as there was still pop corn and paper on it also was never lifted so dust underneath!! But to finish it all off they never moved furniture to hoover underneath!! As when I moved furniture to check I found a sock (George's) under one and a plastic spoon and yoghurt carton under another!! When I rang there was no answer and I texted many times to no answer!!! The next day after I had cleaned up after the cleaners I got a text for a measly €50 refund or they'd come back to clean!! So ladies or gentlemen the Company is called Pink Ladies they are based in Baldoyle! ! Please do not use them as they will cost you twice!!! Horrible, Horrible. Never ever call these idiots if you value your hard earned money. Not at all a professional cleaning Job, worst than just normal cleaning. To top it Mags is degusting as she is and worst in doing her Job. Do not believe reviews on pinklady.ie as those are made up reviews. read more
