I asked her if she was there to appraise my vehicles or my properties ? She spent seven minutes going through my house & taking notes. She started asking me if I had paved street,street lights, paved side walk,etc. I asked her how much the appraisals are. She responded I'm not going to tell you. I said well I knew someone that needed an appraisal and I thought I would refer you & she responded I don't need your business. When she asked me about the streets being paved and the side walks and street lights, I asked her don't they have all that information at the town hall ? She responded by screaming at me, this is over right now and started screaming at me more I already hung up on you once she said and that I was abusive. When she wrote her report she backtracked on the abusive word. She said I pushed every button she didn't know she had and she met her Waterloo and her Waterloo was me. My cleaning company was there to do a Saturday turn over for the next rental coming in and witnessed the whole thing and the cleaner said something is clearly wrong with that lady.

Despite being scheduled as a drive by appraisal in this Covid 19 world, we told Brien he could enter our home if it helped with the process. He actually entered on two occasions, but still could not get it correct. He refused to use our high quality pictures, yet took his photos with a very old cell phone from the most disparaging angles possible. There were just a few "minor" discrepancies in his report. Within the past two years we have had the exterior repainted, new roof, and new rain gutters. Within the past year we upgraded the kitchen with stainless steel energy star appliances, installed a new bathroom with ceramic tile shower and frameless glass door, repainted the interior and refinished maple flooring. Amazingly, all Brien could say was the bathroom was updated within 5 years. Here is where it gets really offensive. He became fixated on our proximity to a clean manufacturing facility which is a Department of Defense contractor and used this to downgrade our home's value. One of his comparable properties in an adjacent town was a home that is near a sewage treatment plant. None of the photos of the comparable properties were current photos taken by him, but were instead taken from prior real estate listings. I could go on, but I think you can get the picture from here.
