    Brought my '17 BMW 550i in for a rattling down pipe that I couldn't seem to get fixed anywhere else…read moreand Lous fixed it very quickly and at a great price. I also asked about getting some more sound out of the exhaust while I was there and I had some pretty strict requirements for what I wanted / didn't want but Lous provided some great recommendations and did the modification that I ended up choosing while I was there also super fast and at a great price. My car sounds absolutely perfect now, it's exactly what I wanted! The waiting area is well thought out and large they even had a puzzle on a table to put together, seems like people just kind of contribute to the puzzle while waiting which is a pretty great idea. They also have an arcade game, couch and TV so even though service is very fast it's easy to hang out and wait for your work to be completed.

I made an appointment with only three days notice and they were able to fit me at a convenient time. When I got there, I was received like an ambassador. Their waiting room is expansive, comfortable and equipped with free video games. After examining my car, I was diagrammed the flanges that were rusty and given a thorough price breakdown. I ended up getting three flanges done. The entire work was done in less than an hour. When I got home, I took the car to my mechanic. How evaluation was that the work was done amazingly professional. A happy camper.

    Had horribly bad experiences with this store last year. The owner stepped up and fixed the problem…read moreand I am extremely thankful for that. This year i wanted to get my board tuned up there and shop in their store as a Thank you. I was surprised the outdoor sports store had no snowboards to look over for purchase. I was debating on getting a new board instead of tuning up my board from last year. Since there were no boards to purchase i brought my board inside from my truck. Nice kid named Owen looked over my board & brought it to his manager to inspect. They concluded the tuneup required extra work bringing the job to 65$. I left my board and took my receipt. Fast forward a week and i get a call telling me the price is now 95$. The employee on the phone referred to Owen as just a high school kid who created the order and gave me a receipt. I explained i watched Owen bring my board to his superior and they agreed 65$. I explained my dissatisfaction over the phone and the employee said he'll look into what he can do. Told him 95$ is 20% of a brand new board & i wih i could look over new snowboards if it wss going to cost 95$. He said he had no idea when snowboards were going to be in stock. Instead of waiting for the possibility of a call back i instead drove to the store and picked up my snowboard. While there i noticed more employees at s&w working than I've ever seen at one time. That told me how much of a priority my situation was to them as a company. Not only that but I saw an employee setting snowboards out for sale and the employee on the phone never mentioned that. I would only recommend them as an absolute last resort. I have so many good reviews for businesses on here, and very few negative reviews. I would overlook a small price adjustment if this company didnt treat me like dirt last year and make me run in circles before the owner stepped in and fixed all issues. The owner cares about this business but his employees lack of care is astounding. Owen seems honest but the rest of the employees ive encountered are seedy. Buyer Beware!

Got the run around that salemen were shoveling snow??? This asked for the managers email. Again asked for a Jeep with certain specs, add ons, and like I had with this dealership 2 times before asked for a quote with a plan to purchase by this Saturday 2/28/26. The initial response from Ben Guthrie was course. I explained that life has been crazy lately and wanted to save time in a dealership doing the whole hot box ritual. His response to this? I am quoting, "We are not interested unless you come in , sit down and work a deal like real customers do. Otherwise take us off of your scam list". I have never have met a dealership that wasn't interested in a sale! Obviously not going there, but after looking into other reviews, this is not an irregular experience. My advice, stay out of Concord, NH if you are care shopping, esp if their name is Ben Guthrie!

    Worse service department ever! I bought 2019 jeep Cherokee there. Used next morning after I took…read moredelivery. The screen on radio that controls everything started screwing up. I called the service department. When they got in they confirmed it was messed up. They give me a call when radio they ordered came in. Set time get fixed 3 months later I called them. They made wait few more weeks. And said warranty said old one had be fixed. So sent local shop fixed the screen. Wich they could done 3 months before. Few months go by my four wheel drive stops working. I again bring in be checked out. They say im going need a new transfer case. And I'll have drop off so Allstate can inspect it for the warranty. 3 weeks later I call them after not hearing from them. They get me in. It sits for 2 weeks just be told yup. It needs transfer case come get it. We will call you when part comes in. Now month later I call them. And get "well the parts still on back order" I ask what should I do... he says that between you and Chrysler... they suck
