I highly recommend them. They came to my aid when another removal company left me high and dry by not showing up. My new furniture was due to be delivered and I was desperate. I was drawn to Trash Can Willy's first because of the excellent reviews and secondly because the company was run by a Veteran. I noticed a statement that read "We like to help people". Even though it was 6:45 pm on a Friday I took a chance and called. Stephen answered the phone and I explained my situation. He said he wasn't in a place he could see if I were in their service area but promised to check and call me back in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised when 15 minutes later he called me and confirmed I was in their service area. He said truck would be at my home the next day. Later I found out Steven is the owner. I would like to give Steven a special shout out for his patience and quick action in helping a senior citizen who felt helpless. Your work ethics are impeccable. You really do care about your customers. I would also like to give a special shout to Rob and Nick who removed my furniture. They were very professional, efficient and removal went off without a hitch. Thank you all for going above and beyond what most companies would have done. You are my one and only removal company. Look no further than Trash Can Willys for an excellenct experience. Warm Regards, Elaine Tittemore Greenville NH
