I went in with my fiancé to select wedding bands, and had the most wonderful time. I didn't catch anyone's name, but we were first helped by a kind woman with short hair who, after spending ages with me, realized I had a very unique style and called over a coworker(dark haired, with a lovely accent) to help her. The coworker, instead of being angry that I had such a unique style, was EXCITED! She knew right away something that I'd like, and made it so perfect. Then she spent time with my fiancé finding rings for him, because he had a unique style too. His fingers were an unusual size, and again instead of being frustrated with it she got so excited and pulled out more and more rings to choose from. Every time we went back to pick up our rings she was so bouncy and excited for us it was positively infectious. I smile every time I thinking of that experience and I'm so happy she was able to help us. They even cleaned my ring multiple times and she showed off our ring choices to our coworkers once they came in. 10/10 whole staff is awesome. Wish I caught names, hope this is helpful! Made a visit to exchange a Pandora bracelet as per instructions on purchase receipt and they absolutely refused to do so. They claimed they are not a Pandora Branded store yet they sell Pandora jewelry. Worse customer service ever! read more

Excellent customer service! I work in a hospital and I am rough on my ring. Every time I need it fixed I get excellent the customer service and my ring always comes back looking brand new. Would definitely recommend these guys. They will always be number one in my book! read more

I attempted to buy my wife's wedding ring here. We had what was told to us 3k in trade in value on our rings. We fell in love with a ring signed a deal put it on layaway and started making payments on the deal that was negotiated. I stopped in to make an additional payment and was told they lost the paper work on the original negotiated deal and that they could no longer uphold their end of the deal because they made a mistake. I get a call to come in and try and work it out and do so. Then I was told the value of 3 carats of diamonds and 18k gold settings are now only worth 500. Was given the run around not even apologized to and now we have waisted an entire month in hopes of having the wedding ring on the deal we negotiated. Very bad business and we were extremely let down. Will never reccomend anyone go there to negotiate a deal with people or a company that does business in this fashion. I was simply refunded my money and sent on my way. The district manager was very short and unapologetic over the issue. They originally attempted to get me to finance the deal. The amount owed was silly to finance not worth the interest just better to pay cash but had I financed the deal we would have had the ring on our original negotiated terms. The sales woman was very nice and helpful I will say but I feel the management here really handled this poorly and wasted our time. read more

My experience was not well at this store. Came in and bought a white gold/gold bracelet. Wore it twice and it fell apart. I called and spoke with someone and said, , I wore the bracelet twice. She then questioned me as to whether I wore the bracelet all the time or to bed etc. In my opinion, she was insinuating that I had some hoe caused the damage to the bracelet. Personally, I believe in customer satisfaction, The bracelet wasn't even 3 weeks old, so that tells me it was made of poor quality. And to whomever the individual I spoke with on the phone, if you don't like your job, or working with the public, may I suggest a different career to you because you aren't very good at this one. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from Dunkin's. It isn't of very good quality, obviously. And the customer service is severely lacking also. read more

I recently purchased a wedding band from this establishment and for some reason all they had was a size 12 but they told me that if I bought the size 12 I could get married in that and then they would order my size and it would take about 2 weeks to get it in, so I decided to do that. The day after my wedding I returned the ring and they ordered the new one. I called them about 2 weeks later and they told me it actually takes 4 to 6 weeks to get it in. I wish they would have just told me that in the first place. Well after about a month of waiting for my ring not only was it too small but it had chips in it. Well enough was enough all I wanted was my money back but they told me not only could they not get the ring I wanted but they couldn't give me my money back all they could give me was store credit. This was not a good experience the ring was only $109 and if there that hard up to keep my $109 then there is something wrong. I do not recommend this place read more
