Been coming here for a little while now. I have always had great service, they've went above and…read morebeyond. No complaints...until today. Had two appointments booked at 10:00. We walk in and there are three people waiting for pedicures and one person getting their nails done. There was only one person there working. We waited 15 minutes before leaving. When we left there still was only one person working. We felt leaving was the right thing to do. When they did show up we figured they would rush the services through and we wouldn't get what we were planning on paying for. What is the point of making an appointment? Would they actually book five appointments at 10:00 for pedicures? Why when you know you have two booked would you seat just everyone that shows up (assuming they didn't have appointments) for pedicures? We were really looking forward to this. Hopefully this was a one time issue because I really like this salon. Just not understanding the appointment problems.

I don't live in Lima anymore and was able to get an appointment on a recent trip home. Steven is as great as ever and there are few people that I trust to tell them to do whatever they want - and he is one of them. I always love the cut and style and he really listens to what I am looking for and how much work I'm willing to put in (or not) in terms of keeping up with my hair. Always a pleasant experience at a very reasonable price - my shampoo, haircut and style was less than $40!

I have been coming to this location for years. In the last 5-7 they have been getting new hires…read more They do not tell you they are new hires and they turn them loose on your head without any guideance. I do not blame the new hire. The incompetence at the managerial level at the location is because the incompetence at the corporate level is unimaginable. I have given them chance after chance. I have received 4-5 very bad haircuts. I am not picky, I want a low fade where the sides blend nicely into the top. That's it. Instead of having a manager review what the customer wants, talk over with the new hire on how to make that happen and then checking in on them as they go. They just let them have at it. I will never go to this or any other great clips again. The level of incompetence is far too high!
