I used to be a loyal Dunkin customer for the past 2-3 years, but unfortunately, the quality and service have taken a nosedive lately. What used to be a reliable spot for a morning pick-me-up has turned into a disappointment. Firstly, the drive-thru experience has consistently been a nightmare. If you dare to arrive past 7:30 AM, be prepared to spend at least 10 minutes idling in the line. It's become a frustrating routine to wake up early just to avoid this chaos. But even if you manage to beat the rush, the rewards are questionable. The doughnuts, once a highlight, now seem to always be stale. It's a shame to see such a decline in freshness. To add insult to injury, the last time I visited, the coffee I ordered gave me the worst bout of diarrhea I've experienced. And before you dismiss it as a one-off incident, it's worth noting that my coworkers, who I treated to Dunkin coffee, experienced similar stomach troubles. It's beyond concerning when a simple coffee run results in such discomfort for multiple people. Overall, I'm perplexed by the decline in Dunkin's standards. It's a sad state of affairs when a once-beloved establishment becomes synonymous with disappointment and gastrointestinal distress. Additionally, the noises of the machines and the workers communicating is loud, which also adds to the difficulty of any attempts at relaxing or engaging in light productivity. If you're looking for a calming lounge spot, this establishment isn't the place. However, the service is quick and quality.
