Well, I've always said that Dunkin is my preference over Starbucks. I pulled in to get my wife a coffee and muffin as she was going to be working outside in the cold weather for a few hours. The drive-thru line was insane so I decided to go in where I was in line about four deep. I get to the counter and placed my small order of one coffee, two apple fritters, and an orange cranberry muffin. While I understand that the employees are younger, their dissatisfaction with the busyness was easily heard by those of us standing in line. I received my pastries immediately, but then waited about 15 minutes to get one hot coffee turning my quick stop into an approx. 20-min visit. They were very busy which I understand however, two people who ordered after me received their coffee before I received mine. I kept my patience and finally received my coffee. So after this visit, I'm being generous with a third star. Two stars for service and having to hear the employees dissatisfaction with how busy they were. Third star simply for convenience as this location is close to my house and the pastries and coffee were fresh. read more

The first time I went to this Dunkin, I received the most disgusting caramel iced coffee I've ever tasted. The Dunkin by my house is not open at the start of my shift (3am) and this location is closest to the hospital. I tried it one more time because maybe the coffee was just old the first time.. no. I always go inside to get it fixed because I don't want to waste my money, & the staff is always so rude about fixing it & give major attitude. I've been in this store 4 times, and each time the cashiers have not had their masks on properly. Today I spoke to the manager, who said she'd take care of it. Went here on Friday around 8:15. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude she was wearing a shirt that said "we strive for 5" referring to good and friendly service which wasn't delivered. I got a medium brown sugar cold brew and it tasted as if she put sweet n low it it rather than brown sugar. We were waiting by the register for the coffee and she set it down on the opposite side and said "here" no one said goodbye or thank you. We were the only ones in line. Not pleased. read more

Went thru drive thru, simple large, sugar free vanilla latte with extra shot & NO FOAM. NO hint of vanilla at all, large cup was 3/4 full of liquid and top 1/4, well below the top was nothing but foam. Raining, I walk inside and stand there waiting...no one in line, one gal working making a comment about why she was called in with so many people are working and it's dead - while I'm standing there at counter waiting for help. All other workers joking/snickering, as I just stand there. Finally, gal comes over, apparently a shift manager and I tell her I'm not going to pay for a 1/4 cup of foam with no hint of vanilla flavoring. She just looks at me. ?? No offer to remake it. Nothing. Just blank. I said, "Yanno what, just give me my money back and I'll go across the street into the market and to Starbuck's." She asked how I paid and she said, "I'll need your card to re-credit you". It's pouring rain and I'm not in the best of moods after driving across country, not for the holiday, but MOVING. I suggest a compromise, make me TWO replacements, the same. Large, sugar free vanilla lattes, extra shot, no foam. I watch her make them. At least I didn't see anyone spit in the cups. I thanked her and when I get out to car, they were SO bitter, NO HINT OF VANILLA, AT ALL. Seriously???? I'll NEVER set foot into a Dunkin' again. Keep driving. Better to go hungry than to deal with these clowns. Staying at the hotel next door and got in late, they were the only place open so after parking our equipment we walked next door to find the doors locked, but drive thru open 24 hrs. When we went to the window to order we were screamed at to remove ourselves from the drive thru lane. There was absolutely no traffic or even anyone around. They refused to serve us unless we walked back to the hotel and got our semi which was too tall for their drive thru. So much for hospitality here or even decent human beings. This is the BEST Dunkin' Donuts in the area! The employees are very nice and patient. They are helpful in a fast pace environment. The service is always so quick in the store and in the drive-thru. In the morning, sometimes the line would be to the road, BUT would be through the drive-thru in less than 8-10 minutes. I'm very impressive on how quick the service is and how quick they prepare everything. They prepare the drinks and food perfectly! read more
