Terrible service. These people must be the rejects from the dumb as dirt society. 4 or 5 people are always "working" but it takes them 10 minutes to make one drink and it's almost always wrong. That and their food is always cold. Not just not warm. COLD. I've been served food with ice crystals. We usually love this Dunkin Donuts! We go all the time and I have the rewards system. Well, this morning we went and ordered our usually coffee plus a few extras like some breakfast croissants. We asked for extra bacon and when we told the cashier window girl "This is not extra bacon." She got defensive. Couldn't handle the situation. Rolled her eyes at us and went and got her "manager"- over extra bacon that we paid for... we told the "manager" the situation and instead of helping us or compensating us for the bacon she made excuses and said "we put three pieces on each breakfast croissant". Mind there were three pieces... three half pieces of bacon... we then asked for the girls name so we could contact corporate and write it here on yelp for our review.. the "manager" told us that she could not give out that information. We didn't ask for her full name just her first name. I think who ever runs and owns this winder Dunkin' Donuts needs to watch how their employees treat customers. Some of us do write reviews. We also contact corporate and let our friends know of our hurtful and embarrassing experiences at said places. read more

They served my friend and I a half eaten bagel bite instead of avocado toast. Half eaten!!! There were literally bite marks and slobber! How does that get through the window and into the hands of a customer? We come to Dunkin at least once a week and it's safe to say we will not be back. I'm disgusted. I'm disappointed. I have never once complained when they've messed up my order, overcharged me, and had the worst customer service, but I draw the line at serving someone food that has already been eaten. Save yourself the pain and agony and drive the extra 10 minutes to the Bethlehem location. At least you won't get sloppy seconds there! read more

Honestly I've never had a problem with this Dunkin. I used to go quite a bit because I really love the rewards program, it's very generous. I've gone a few times recently for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese because it is just really dynamite. Usually the food items are kind of hit or miss for me, sometimes they have this weird taste like... I don't know, sink water? It's hard to explain. It's every Dunkin, not just this one, so I think it's just probably because of the way items are heated from frozen or whatever. Not a big deal. The coffee and donuts are great and like I said, that rewards system is super awesome. Anyway, the past few times I've gone, the staff have really been awesome. They're prompt, they've got their stuff together, and they're always cordial which is appreciated. And out of all the Dunkins I've got the tomato pesto grilled cheese at, they make it the best, so kudos to them. read more

I have went to this location 5 TIMES. Every time they have either gotten my order wrong or it tastes gross. This morning I ordered a hot French vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. I got a plain coffee with almond milk. Not sure what they are doing here. I have had a bad experience EVERYTIME I go here. I was in Winder this morning, and that is the only reason I went there. This is probably the worst service in Winder and that is saying a lot. There were 2 people working the drive thru, one person cooking and no one at the counter. Customers were lined up all the way to the front door and after much time, began leaving. I told one of the drive thru people that people were lined up to the door and she gave me attitude, blaming the manager for the way he schedules and telling me he had just left and to call him if I had a problem. Finally, one of the drive thru workers went out a door in the back and a fat sloppy clerk waddled in to the counter finally and started to wait on people. She dropped two donuts while waiting on customers. Another worker also showed up from somewhere leaving me to assume that two people were on break while folks were waiting inside and leaving. This place was so nice when it started, but it has gone downhill pretty fast. read more

I frequent this location as it is conveniently located to where I live. I like that I can go in, order my usual iced coffee, and never have an issue with service. The young people who are employed there, are warm, attentive, and respectful. which I absolutely love.
