Stopped in for their breakfast combination which was $6 today. They changed it to $5. It's a small wrap hash browns and a medium drink hot or cold. Don't waste your money cuz it was not good. It's better to go across the street and get Wawa for the same price. The only difference is Wawa does not have a sit-down area. Again, don't waste your money at Dunkin donuts. Do you need to go back to the $6 meal and give you an actual breakfast? read more

This is a coffee and donut shop that is a chain. They specialize in fresh awesome donuts but they do offer a selection of other items as well such as wraps and bagels. Their donuts are absolutely the best !! I prefer the chocolate Bavarian cream ones or the the toasted coconut cake donuts !! Yummm They also have really good coffee and coffee speciality drinks - hot or cold. The drive thru or counter service is always quick and the staff very nice and helpful. Dunkin never had enough staff on hand. every time I stop here one of the employees is either overworked And being rude or just altogether ignoring people in the lobby. I can only speak to my individual experience, but I'm leaving this review in hopes of counterbalancing some of the negatives I've seen. I went on a Sunday around 7am, and was the only one in line - the employees were nice, the food came out as quickly as expected, and I was in & out in a couple of minutes. They've got a sign in the window that says "The world is short-staffed, be kind to those that showed up." If you're someone leaving a negative review about the time it takes to receive your doughnuts from a short-staffed Dunkin' Donuts in a town you don't live in, you've got too much time on your hands. read more

If I could use less than 1 star I would. Waited in a 5 car line for 20 minutes. When I finally got to order, I asked for a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. They told me "we can't do hot food." ...let me say that again, "we can't do hot food." How does a major franchise not have a friggin toaster for their most commonly sold item? I don't know. Placed an online order and prepaid, went to the drive thru to pick it up, waited in line for 10 minutes, when I pulled up to the speaker a worker to come out and tell me they were closing for staffing issues. I explained to her I had already placed an order and had paid for it. She refused to make my food or give me a refund. I was on my way home from a long business trip. I was tired. I pulled up to the drive through. There was 1 car in-front of me. It took sometime for them to order. I pulled up to place my order. The woman was very friendly and apologized for the wait. I ordered my coffee and pulled up to the window. There was a sign on the window that said something along the lines of "We are short-staffed. Please be kind to the employees that did show up." It was a humbling moment. Heather eventually came to the window and apologized over and over. It was one of those days where everyone came in at one time. She was so sweet, positive and kind even though she was overwhelmed. I could have been annoyed or angry that it took a long time to get my coffee, but I wasn't. I didn't mind the wait. It was a good reminder that though we always expect instant gratification..it's not alway possible. Heather conducted herself in a very professional manner. Thank you for being so kind, Heather! I've been to this Dunkin' 3 times now and neither time was a good experience. They don't know how to make drinks. Tonight I asked for a medium caramel iced coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar. Simple request. They hand out my drink and it's WHITE. I asked for 3 CREAM not 10! It was a little girl who was working there and she had shoulder length black fuzzy hair. She must have had a bad attitude about working on Christmas Eve. I was on my lunch break and I tried ordering from chick fila but they were too packed and so I tried DD. They were already closing down their ovens at 4:30. Oh well I can still get my coffee, right? And I got it and I couldn't even finish it because of how creamy and sweet it was. read more

This place used to have go customer service and worked in a timely manner. Now they changed most of their staff and continually mix up almost anything. Also, how does somebody not know how to place a donut in a bag so that the entirety of the icing is removed from the donut and smeared all over the inside of the bag? So now the person pulling the donut out gets icing all over their hands. It shouldn't be that much of a challenge. I just experienced the most rudest costomer service ever. I asked the lady to give me a regular hot coffee no sugar or milk and she brings me coffee with milk and when i told her i asked for regular coffee she said this is regular coffee and i told her this is not what i asked for and she immediately gave me dirty looks and was denying that she gave me the wrong order. The only self serve dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They have you make all your own drinks and the ice machine is completely across the store, and the flavor pumps are just out on a sticky counter. Not clean, and the employees seem to know how poorly designed it is but have done nothing to improve the experience. We stopped here looking for a dunkin donuts and we got a dumpin donuts. Very disappointing - dunkin would not be proud. read more

While the place looks clean enough tonight the customer service is pretty horrible. I stood at the Dunkin donuts counter for over 5 minutes before someone came to help me. All the while the cashier for the gas station AND the cashier for Subway saw me and didn't tell anyone I was there. Just ignored me. When the Dunkin Donuts cashier finally came out she didn't even apologize for the wait and was not pleasant at all. At the end of my order I asked for one of the Dunkin Perks card and she told me just to do it online bc, I'm assuming, she didn't want to be bothered with getting one for me. And then when my drink was made it was about a quarter empty. Literally, a quarter of the cup was empty! I'm pretty sure I ordered a full drink, not part of one. And when I looked at it she just looked at me like she was annoyed with me. I just grabbed it and walked away frustrated with the service. I came into this store to get donuts early this morning for a work party. What I'm assuming to be the baker went over to the cashier and tried to whisper "I bet shes going to take all the heart donuts". Seriously? Why would that ever be okay to say, especially when I'm only a few feet away from you. And for your information, I didn't take all the heart donuts, I only took 6, out of the 18 I purchased. Maybe I am taking this too personal, but I don't think it is appropriate to make comments about a customer, especially when they're still in the store. read more
