A very cute little store in Harpers Ferry! The ice cream is overpriced but good. The service is okay--not particularly warm, but that's fine. After a long and arduous hike, a milkshake was the perfect sweet treat! Sadly they do not do root beer floats, but you can order both separately.

Visited this stand because there seemed to be a lot of people buying ice cream here. Since My family visited Harpers Ferry during Labor Day, there were LOTS OF PEOPLE looking for ice cream too. The service was pretty slow, not going to lie. The girl taking orders was writing down orders, and another girl was taking care of the ice cream. Even when writing down the orders, they still managed to overlook my order of two ice creams. I'm sure it was an accident with the amount of people ordering, but a little uncomfortable as the girls were bustling back there, and the flow of traffic and other people waiting was getting a bit much.... I had to tell them they forgot my order when people after me were getting their ice creams already. By the time I got back to my family with our ice cream, mine was already more than halfway done :/ Ice cream-wise, it was good! It's turkey hill ice cream after all! I got the single mint chocolate chip with a waffle cone, and I got my parents a single vanilla and single dutch chocolate in a cup. I enjoyed the mint chocolate chip because it's my favorite ice cream always! My parents really liked the dutch chocolate! Just overall, service could've been wayyy better.

This is the worst ran ice cream shop that I have ever seen. It's really unbelievable. The 2 girls working today appeared to be under the influence of something and working EXTREMELY slow. We waited 35 minutes for an ice cream cone, we were the second person in line! It was 15 minutes AFTER we ordered for a single cone. They're averaging 10-15 minutes per order, which is completely insane for an ice cream shop. I have no idea what his owner is doing but they are losing thousands of dollars daily with these two working. Visited on 9/27

Not the best place for ice cream and definitely not the worst--just what we needed post-tubing! I ordered cotton candy ice cream (yes, I am a grown adult, sort of), however, I didn't love that there were chocolate bits in it. I liked their sundae options as well, they were very tempting.

Location, Decor & Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Food & Drink: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Location, Decor, Ambiance: There are no seats here as you simply order up at the window. But there are plenty of benches around the area or further down the street so if you want rest you'll have to search for something on your own. There's not much to the decor. They have colorful handwritten menus and boards posted outside. If it's a warm day there's probably going to be a slight line but it moves pretty fast! Service: The service is great and really fast. We ordered cones but did ask for two cups afterwards and they gladly gave it to us. Food & Drink: I tried both their Butter Pecan and their Black Raspberry and both were delicious! I like the Black Raspberry a little more though. Price: It was $4/single scoop cone. For how big the ice cream scoop is that's definitely worth the price! No complaints there.

Your tourist trap ice cream stand. Hordes of people crowd around. You will pay more than you should. But oh why not? It's a pretty day and the kids are happy. The service here is great and the folks working the counter are so patient and easygoing. They will let you sample whatever you want. I love that they serve Turkey Hill ice cream but it melted instantly. Uh oh. We aren't even in the 70 degree weather yet. Expect to pay $5 for a cone. They take card.

I stopped by here after hiking in Harpers Ferry. I got a pumpkin milkshake, which was the perfect post-hike treat. My family also got ice cream cones. The serving size was pretty big so we turned it upside down in a cup. They got the double dunker flavor (coffee ice cream with cookie dough) and chocolate. Both were pretty good. They serve turkey hill ice cream so you can find these flavors at the store.

Solid ice cream, good portion size and service, reasonable cost. I got the Cake Batter (from Hershey's Ice Cream) and liked my ice cream.

S.L.O.W. service. Seriously we had to wait a long time. Were they back there churning it by hand?
