I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. I ordered a sandwich that is supposed to come with three pieces of bacon, but I was only given one. When I politely asked about it and requested the correct amount, the employee argued with me instead of correcting the order. She then shut the drive-thru window in my face, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were at the window, my mom asked for cream cheese with her bagel, and the employee told her to drive around again, saying "ain't no add-ons at my window." Since when is cream cheese not permitted with a bagel? That response made no sense and was unnecessarily dismissive. On top of all that, employees were coming into work wearing bonnets, which felt unsanitary and unprofessional for a food service environment. Mistakes happen, but the attitude, lack of basic customer service, and overall unprofessionalism were unacceptable. This location seriously needs better training and management. read more

This is the second time I've pulled up to this Dunkin' Donuts over the past few months, and both times it looked abandoned and unmaintained. The landscaping is always overgrown, and I don't usually see cars in the parking lot. This was at a lunchtime hour on a Saturday. Today I was greeted with an overflowing trashcan at the entrance, signs leaning over on the backside of the building, a broken soap dispenser with soap sitting in a cup on the sink that looked like someone's pink drink, and they were out of croissants and most flavors of bagels. It's possible they had had a really busy morning, but this doesn't explain why the place always looks like it isn't being maintained. When I entered, there were two people behind the counter, and no one was in the store. I tried to order a bacon, egg and cheese croissant but since they were out of croissants, I decided to take my order elsewhere. Unfortunately, it's difficult to trust a place's food that doesn't appear to take care of the establishment. One of the employees behind the counter did seem to be friendly and helpful at least. read more

It's a Saturday morning and our order isn't complicated. We waited in the line for 10+ minutes... and then we had to wait over five minutes at the window. The employees inside were in no hurry. Slow to do anything and we're more interested in talking shit rather than doing their job. I love Dunkin' but I will go out of my way to bot go to this location again in the future. Terrible service. The most disgusting Dunkin' I've ever been to. My first thought pulling up was is there anybody even there? The drive thru sign looks like it's almost about to fall down on the next car that goes under it, there's tiny black flies everywhere trying to get into the restaurant itself and your car, and it looks as though the place hasn't been maintained in over 5 years. As any Dunkin' would the good is always great, ordered a strawberry dragonfruit extra charged refresher for the first time and it was good. Also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel which was also good for Dunkin' standards. But the service, absolutely terrible. I had to ask the guy at the drive thru mic about 2 times to repeat what he said because he was just mumbling! The man didn't even tell me how much my order was going to be just expected payment. And you'll be here about a good 20 minutes. The service is incredibly slow. I've seen other Dunkin's have their food & drinks out faster. Overall I'd give this place a 1 star rating because the place looked disgusting and service was terrible for a quick stop. I will never be returning. read more

Very disappointed to see that none of the workers wear gloves and handle your food with their bare hands. They were out of majority of their food items. Our frozen coffee drinks came bare with no whip cream or drizzle, tasted very bitter. My bacon and cheese croissant had only a few pieces of bacon and our hash browns were burnt. Overall this was a waste of $20 and this location should undergo more training. Avoid! read more

This has been my regular Dunkin' for almost 2 years now. The line might be a bit backed up every now and then, but they have gotten much quicker over the past year. They have improved greatly! All the one star reviews aren't really accurate at all anymore. I've had zero problems with any of my orders for a very long time, probably a year at least. I placed a mobile order a week or so ago and had to pull off to the side because my order was a little big (5 sandwiches and hash browns). When the worker brought out my food, here said "man, you're killing me with ALL this food". Sorry to be a burden, I didn't realize you doing what you're paid to do was a major inconvenience! I pity whatever company is dumb enough to hire this guy. Even after that experience, I placed another order this past Sunday. When I pulled up to the box, they said that they couldn't make my order because "their sandwich line was down". They also can't issue me a refund or cancel my $40 order at the store level but said that if I contact customer service, it won't be a problem. It's almost a week later and still haven't heard back! The manager of this store literally screamed at me through the drive thru window after I was expressing some issues/frustrations w/ the app and redeeming an offer. She would not honor the offer even though I had a qualifying order. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or helping me with the app, she screamed at me through the drive thru, "YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DOIN'!" She kept blaming the "third party app" and said there was nothing she could do for me. Did not offer a refund, or just simply honor the offer. Instead, she screamed at my mother and I through the window. I did not raise my voice at her in any way shape or form, yet she thought it okay to harass me as a customer. Great customer service, NOT! Absolute garbage. Waited 30+ minutes in the drive through for every item we ordered to be made incorrectly. Staff headsets weren't working-- we had to repeat our order 4 times, but even after telling them face-to-face, they still got it wrong. Staff were goofing off inside and seemed completely unconcerned with the growing line around the building. We watched 10 cars leave the drive through line while we waited.
