I have been wanting to try this for breakfast and finally got the chance. Nice location and Clean. I was seated promptly and provided with water and a menu. I ordered iced tea and the features special "Double bacon parmesan hash". My ice tea showed up fast and my food was shortly after. Very nice! Huge fan of First Watch when on trips. This staff gone above and beyond for their customer service. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us that every was good. The food was also great. I had the seasonal pumpkin pancake breakfast which was one large pancake with a pad of butter, eggs your style and sausage links. I like it more than the regular pancakes. It was the perfect portion and just filled me up enough. I also had the honey caramel crunch iced coffee. The honey notes were very prominent in the drink. On the sweet side but tasty. Came here to celebrate my birthday meal reward. The rating does not reflect the fact that it was free. Our server approached our table and asked if we wanted coffee with out breakfast and we both did. She returned with a small pot that gave each of us two cups and she brought creamer and the water bottle and glasses we asked for. First off, I'm a first watch fan I've eaten at many of their locations I different states. They are pretty consistent. For this one, we opted to door dash it, so I cannot speak to the restaurant itself. The food was good. We ordered twice during our trip. Just a couple complaints, 1) they do not provide enough condiments for the food. We had a group of 4 and had to scrape between us to make everything work. We even called ahead and were assured they'd provide additional condiments, but they did not. 2) The French toast was a bit overdone, but still edible. Everything else was good. read more

I did not receive enough butter and syrup, even though I called the second day and was assured extra butter and syrup would be included in our order. It was not. We've been here several times and have done take out a few times. I recommend both. The good: 1) Food is delicious - I really enjoy how they make their omelets (not super fluffy - with added crap like pancake batter); they have gluten free toast and don't charge extra for it! 2) They have a lot of healthy options - it's not all gravy smothered - want egg whites? want fresh fruit, want lots of veggies in your omelet - no problem 3) Lots of options - you can order breakfast items during their entire operating hours 4) Nice rustic/modern décor The bad: 1) Not much really - The first time we were there, they didn't tell us you take the check up to the register to pay, so we were waiting a long time before we figured that out 2) It can get really crowded, especially during snow bird season (that's when I recommend take out) 3) It costs more to eat breakfast here than say a diner, but the food is more elevated Our favorites so far: The works omelet; Farmhouse hash and the Bacado Omelet. We had a good experience at The Villages Wildwood location in the Villages...There was a bit of a wait without getting our names on the list ahead of time. (You can do that on their website but for someone reason that didn't work with this location.) Once seated in a good sized booth for the 5 of us dining we were overall pretty happy with our food. The coffee comes in a pot you can refill your mug with at any point. It was pretty good, nice and strong the way coffee should be in any situation. We started with the special Gingerbread Spiced Donuts served with cream and a fruit compote. I pretty much could eat these and nothing else for the rest of my life. I mean bowl of donuts, please, yes please. Warm and delightful. My wife and I both got the market hash...me with egg whites and sourdough, and her with over easy eggs and gluten free bread. This is everything savory you want in a breakfast all in one skillet, besides the eggs, potatoes, vegetables and spinach...really hardy and filling...plus fresh. Our kid got a breakfast burrito which was giant. We'd definitely come back to First Watch as they put a lot of work into their presentation with healthy options, choices for vegetarians, gluten free bread options and a nice step up from a regular diner, with all those options too. read more

First Watch on CR 466A is a marvelous dining option in The Villages/Wildwood area. Our greeter was welcoming and very courteous which I appreciate because that's not always the case. Our server, Karla, was fantastic, super attentive and very sweet. After perusing the menu for a few minutes I chose the Chorizo omelet and my wife selected the Turkey sausage and biscuit covered with southern gravy. After seeing & tasting her dish I felt like I perhaps made an error but after eating my omelet, I was very satisfied with my food. For The Villages, this seems to be the better breakfast spot. I havent been a fan of most places i've tried so far, but the food and service here are better than most. -The Works - not that good, eggs were very overcooked, and all the fillings were cold. Not very enjoyable, i do not suggest at all. -Blueberry pancakes - these were pretty good, large, thin, crispy edges, nice amount if blueberries, would order again. -Cinn sugar pancakes - didnt meet the same level quality as the blueberry pancakes. Just okay. Service - our waitress was absolutely fantastic, friendly, came to check in just the right amount of times, overworked though, as she seemed to be doing everything. read more
