I still frequent this Dunkin because it resides in the area I work in. For a while I stopped going and went to Starbucks because they just could not get an order correct. I feel like recently though, all my orders from here have been great. The long-time manager there passed away and that was so sad! Because he made things run smoothly. So after that it was a bust but it's well worth the visit now. They're constantly adding in new things. Dunkin originated in good ol Rhode Island, where I used to live; where Coffee milk was also invented! Listen, Dunkin lets you make your coffee using coffee milk and it's a YES from me! Love this addition. read more

Extremely unprofessional management at this location. They consistently accept orders for items they don't have in stock. When i tried to cancel because they have nothing to give me, they refused to help and try to make me to pay for a delivery with donuts i didn't pay for. Unreliable and zero customer service. This was on uber eats but through this location read more

Boy, did I screw up! I ordered bagel shop fare from a donut shop. I use the DoorDash website to order from the Dunkin donuts menu. The only thing that was really good about this water was the receipt was correct. The food was horrendous. I ordered two bagels. The first video was a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. The second bagel was a bacon and egg bage-no cheese specified -on the website. Note: I checked the no cheese box on the order form on the website. I ordered hashbrowns. I ordered a medium coffee and specified by checking the box on the website that I wanted to creamers. Hand the package to me was checked as well on the delivery form website. Delivered right on time. Just left on the porch at the front door. It was -6 outside. I was hoping for a good experience. When I opened the bag, I pulled out the sausage, egg and cheese bagel with hash browns I then pulled out the other bagel. Unbelievably it had cheese on it. So I checked the other bagel thinking confused the sausage for the bacon bagel only to find cheese on it as well. I called the store, got a recording to leave a message and they will get back to me. They didn't. The hashbrowns were soggy and cold. No coffee was delivered with the order. The bagel was untoasted. The sausage was bland, fast food sausage, and the egg look more like it came from a charcuterie roll of egg rather than a fresh egg. The menu claims that Dunkin' Donuts uses free range farm fresh eggs. This appeared to be extremely processed eggs as if sliced like a salami. All the ingredients are layered on the bagel the bagel and microwaved. Extremely poor execution and product. If you're gonna order from Dunkin' Donuts, go there in the early morning hours and get what they're known for - great coffee and nice donuts and muffins. They have been trying to be something they are not for decades. They had better stick to their last. read more

I really love this Dunkin. There are quite a few in Milwaukee but the staff is always friendly and their options area always fresh. I love that they have extra parking in the back and the wait is never too long. Super nice and cute location. read more

We have tried this location multiple times. Specifically the chocolate cream donuts have consistently been dry and old, like bread that's been left out for a day or two. I wouldn't recommend buying them from this location. read more

If you want to be treated well, in a clean beautiful looking Dunkin, this is the place to stop. Jorge is intelligent, courteous, and polite. Yes, I know that's hard to believe but it's true. This young man made my day. Jorge must have an old soul. He's like a unicorn in the retail business. Congratulations to his manager for hiring a rock star. read more

This Dunkin location has friendly staff, tasty coffee, and a delicious croissant breakfast sandwich!

I don't visit Dunkin often, but this is the closest location to me and I have had no issues with the last two visits there, both dining in and using the app to order ahead. When I used the app, I placed my order from my home and by the time I drove the 1.5 miles there, my order was all ready to go! read more

Donuts were dry. Cappuccino was disgusting. Taste like mud. Hate I stopped here! Service was slow with long lines.

I've been going to this Dunkin for over three years now and they have yet to disappoint. Coffee is always delicious, food is always hot, staff is quick and efficient. read more

Okay, I have tried, I really have. I have been to this location multiple times. Every. Single. Time. Something was wrong with my order, this most recent time we actually went in to correct the issue and they were beyond rude, asked if it was a grub hub order, really why would that matter. Then we realized there was grounds in the bottom of the coffee. Not just a little. read more

I go in and get my normal 25 glazed munchkins! I paid with cash, I handed the cashier the $20 bill. She set my change on the counter. I was always told hand the customer there cash back unless they ask fo you to set it on the counter! read more

Staff rude, donuts stuck together. When asked to replace staff made you feel like inconvenience.

I come everymorning because it is on my commute. I cannot have added sugar and never ask for it yet they add it everytime. Sick of them continously poisoning me. How can I just get them to make my coffee how I ask? With just 2 cream and a French vanilla swirl. Now I'm all in a sugar induced rage and want to come back and pay yall a visit but instead I took it to yelp‍ read more

The service here was very odd. The woman working was confused by my ask for milk for my coffee. I realized she couldn't just give me milk, it came from a spout on the coffee machine, so it's like McDonald's -- not real milk :-( 2 stars for a clean bathroom and clean store, overall. read more

This dunkin is just bad. Ordered iced coffee with almond milk and caramel and when she handed me the coffee it was almost black with 3 cubes of ice with caramel on the bottom. I asked "oh is there almond milk in there?" And she said yes and I asked if she could pour a little more. It still did not mask the absolute horrible coffee. The coffee itself tasted like garbage. It was so burnt, acidic it was still warm....we asked another worker to remake it and it was still just as bad.......i just said eff it and didn't say anything. I don't understand why the coffee was so burnt and acidic when I've never gotten dunkin coffee that tasted like that. Obviously no quality control here. I poured it down the drain when I got home. read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin' in the Milwaukee metro area. The service is rude and short. My order when clearly stated consistently is wrong. They seem to be the only one in the area that does not have a discount program for Dunkin' branded coffee mugs. Some charge you a discounted rate to refill your Dunkin' branded mug. Not this location and when it has been brought up, the response is rude. I will moving forward just avoid this location. The standards are definitely not in line with the new branding that Dunkin' is rolling out. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin location. I come here about once a week (on the weekends) for their turkey sausage egg and cheese flatbread. Service has always been good. The team who usually works weekend mornings is very nice. I have been here when lines were to the door on many occasions and still received good service. Which is the only reason I go out of my way to come to this location. I honestly don't think I would patronize Dunkin' all that much if it weren't for how solid the service is here. read more

The other day they took 30 minutes to make my coffee because they forgot my order. Then they dumped coffee on me (on accident, but really!?) and didn't apologize or clean it up so people's orders were just sitting in wet coffee. Then they still got my order wrong, but I gave up at that point. When I order delivery it takes like two hours sometimes, and going in person is no better. One time I'm pretty sure they put tea in my coffee instead of coffee. I'm a regular at this place but the treatment and service I get there is so frustrating sometimes I couldn't help but leave a review. read more

Horrible customer service. Went this morning for an iced coffee. Lady at the register mumbled her words as she took my order and the man that was making it didn't have his mask on properly and then called out my drink as "iced mocha..or whatever" and then slid it across the counter. If you're working in customer service, act pleasant. Especially act grateful that you have a job during a fricken pandemic...won't be going back. read more

Good grief, a latte and a donut doesn't seem the sort of order that would prompt a negative review, yet today it did. My donut was chucked into a bag (upside down!) by a young woman whose demeanor seemed to struggle to exude any type of friendliness. My latte was not what I ordered (latte= milk+ coffee; NOT a flavor or sweetener). Disappointing and makes me less likely to stop in again. read more

Typical Dunkin' Donuts. Clean, staff is nice but doesn't move with much of a sense of urgency.

Horrible service, dirty place. Got a hot tea, the lid was used on coffee before and had hair on it. Ghetto ass place. You would expect better for whitefish bay. I will never come back here. I feel gross being here read more

Went to this Dunkin' location and it was a busy Sunday morning. An employee with the name of Tom was VERY unprofessional, yelling at his coworkers and even boss. He was not pleasant to talk to when asking for your order either. When mentioning to him that he was being unprofessional he then turned to his coworkers and rudely repeated what I said to him. Overall, he was just very disrespectful to all customers and employees in the coffee shop. read more

I run on Dunkin- and this one is a pretty good location except for a few things: they tend to run out of donuts. If you visit on off peak hours, say in the late afternoon, chances are all the good donuts (even the munchkins) will be gone! Which can be totally disappointing when you are coming in for a sweet treat and are faced with empty racks. I guess they get a delivery in the morning and that's all they have for the day. Otherwise though, the coffee is good, the place is clean, and the location is accessible. read more

They appeared extremely busy, but we're able to fulfill my large order of 6 dozen assorted doughnuts in just under an hour of calling in.

I've been to this dunkin SEVERAL times now but every single time my drink is just horrible. Every other location I've been to my iced coffee tastes great, but this one just flat out sucks. They mess it up every time, save yourself and don't go here. read more

This place is a mess. Outdoor area strewn with garbage. Garbage bin literally overflowing. Very unattractive and repulsive.

Dude I'm just happy that Dunkin Donuts has finally come to Milwaukee. While you can never go wrong with a blueberry cake donut, you absolutely have to get the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. Also, the hot chocolate is awesome. Still pretty new so it's very clean, and the staff is very patient with the n00bz who take forever to order a their donuts. read more

Okay so America runs on dunkin, well the way it's running today I sure hope America isn't running like THIS dunkin! Employees were OKAY, the manager seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Very standoffish! If you enjoy service of this sort sure come on down. If you prefer a welcoming warm environment where the selection is all there then look elsewhere. Because this location seems to not have anything on the shelves, food shortage possibly?! I'd highly recommend going to the other dds down the road. DD get your act together, your customers are the ones who keeps your paychecks coming! America Runs on attitude there! Just saying! read more

I see the workers try to do a good job but it's not flowing smoothly. I sat there waiting for a mobile order and watched everyone in front of me being asked what they were waiting for after they ordered. Why do you not read your order screen and just get them out? We were really excited to start coming to Dunkin Donuts as we are interested in a house nearby. However the cashier seemed less than enthused that we were there and it took 15 min to get a coffee and two wraps when there was two people working the food prep behind the counter that were smack talking each other. Ridiculous and extremely poorly run! I'd be embarrassed if I was corporate Dunkin... read more

This Dunkin' is A-OK. The coffee is hot, the donuts taste fresh, and the sandwiches are good. Service has been all right- usually very friendly but at times I've needed to remind them of a forgotten item. The seating options are limited so it can be tough to grab a spot during busy times. The location is great-- just east of Bayshore Mall and west of Whitefish Bay-- nice areas to walk around while enjoying your coffee. All in all, worth the visit. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is absolutely terrible. Every time my boyfriend and I have gone there, our orders are always messed up and they are severely understaffed. The wait time was very disappointing. I was happy they finally came here but they NEVER have the donuts I want in stock. I've been there 4 times this week at different times and I always leave empty handed. They only make one batch a day...which does not make sense if they are open till late. Definitely not impressed. read more

I love dunkin donuts and go to this location multiple times a week. I am giving it two stars because they constantly are out of donuts. They have even been out of iced tea and decaf coffee! I had not been to a donut place in about 10 years so I was very surprised when I walked into this new Dunkin Donuts and found big changes. They are not all about donuts anymore. There are sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels, croissants and a variety of juice and coffee drinks. It will give the other coffee places in this neighborhood some good competition. It was clean. Staff were friendly. This will be a great addition to the downtown and if you're passing by, it's just a few blocks from the interstate. read more
