I feel like recently though, all my orders from here have been great. The long-time manager there passed away and that was so sad! Because he made things run smoothly. So after that it was a bust but it's well worth the visit now. They're constantly adding in new things. Boy, did I screw up! I ordered bagel shop fare from a donut shop. I use the DoorDash website to order from the Dunkin donuts menu. The only thing that was really good about this water was the receipt was correct. The food was horrendous. I ordered two bagels. The first video was a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. The second bagel was a bacon and egg bage-no cheese specified -on the website. Note: I checked the no cheese box on the order form on the website. I ordered hashbrowns. I ordered a medium coffee and specified by checking the box on the website that I wanted to creamers. Hand the package to me was checked as well on the delivery form website. Delivered right on time. Just left on the porch at the front door. It was -6 outside. I was hoping for a good experience. When I opened the bag, I pulled out the sausage, egg and cheese bagel with hash browns I then pulled out the other bagel. Unbelievably it had cheese on it. So I checked the other bagel thinking confused the sausage for the bacon bagel only to find cheese on it as well. I called the store, got a recording to leave a message and they will get back to me. They didn't. The hashbrowns were soggy and cold. No coffee was delivered with the order. The bagel was untoasted. The sausage was bland, fast food sausage, and the egg look more like it came from a charcuterie roll of egg rather than a fresh egg. The menu claims that Dunkin' Donuts uses free range farm fresh eggs. This appeared to be extremely processed eggs as if sliced like a salami. All the ingredients are layered on the bagel the bagel and microwaved. Extremely poor execution and product. If you're gonna order from Dunkin' Donuts, go there in the early morning hours and get what they're known for - great coffee and nice donuts and muffins. This dunkin is just bad. Ordered iced coffee with almond milk and caramel and when she handed me the coffee it was almost black with 3 cubes of ice with caramel on the bottom. I asked "oh is there almond milk in there?" And she said yes and I asked if she could pour a little more. It still did not mask the absolute horrible coffee. The coffee itself tasted like garbage. It was so burnt, acidic it was still warm....we asked another worker to remake it and it was still just as bad.......i just said eff it and didn't say anything. I don't understand why the coffee was so burnt and acidic when I've never gotten dunkin coffee that tasted like that. Obviously no quality control here. This is by far the worst Dunkin' in the Milwaukee metro area. The service is rude and short. My order when clearly stated consistently is wrong. They seem to be the only one in the area that does not have a discount program for Dunkin' branded coffee mugs. Some charge you a discounted rate to refill your Dunkin' branded mug. Not this location and when it has been brought up, the response is rude. I will moving forward just avoid this location. The standards are definitely not in line with the new branding that Dunkin' is rolling out. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin location. I come here about once a week (on the weekends) for their turkey sausage egg and cheese flatbread. Service has always been good. The team who usually works weekend mornings is very nice. I have been here when lines were to the door on many occasions and still received good service. Which is the only reason I go out of my way to come to this location. I honestly don't think I would patronize Dunkin' all that much if it weren't for how solid the service is here. read more

The other day they took 30 minutes to make my coffee because they forgot my order. Then they dumped coffee on me (on accident, but really!?) and didn't apologize or clean it up so people's orders were just sitting in wet coffee. Then they still got my order wrong, but I gave up at that point. When I order delivery it takes like two hours sometimes, and going in person is no better. One time I'm pretty sure they put tea in my coffee instead of coffee. Went to this Dunkin' location and it was a busy Sunday morning. An employee with the name of Tom was VERY unprofessional, yelling at his coworkers and even boss. He was not pleasant to talk to when asking for your order either. When mentioning to him that he was being unprofessional he then turned to his coworkers and rudely repeated what I said to him. Overall, he was just very disrespectful to all customers and employees in the coffee shop. read more

I run on Dunkin- and this one is a pretty good location except for a few things: they tend to run out of donuts. If you visit on off peak hours, say in the late afternoon, chances are all the good donuts (even the munchkins) will be gone! Which can be totally disappointing when you are coming in for a sweet treat and are faced with empty racks. I guess they get a delivery in the morning and that's all they have for the day. I see the workers try to do a good job but it's not flowing smoothly. This Dunkin' is A-OK. The coffee is hot, the donuts taste fresh, and the sandwiches are good. Service has been all right- usually very friendly but at times I've needed to remind them of a forgotten item. The seating options are limited so it can be tough to grab a spot during busy times. The location is great-- just east of Bayshore Mall and west of Whitefish Bay-- nice areas to walk around while enjoying your coffee. All in all, worth the visit. read more

I had not been to a donut place in about 10 years so I was very surprised when I walked into this new Dunkin Donuts and found big changes. They are not all about donuts anymore. There are sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels, croissants and a variety of juice and coffee drinks. It will give the other coffee places in this neighborhood some good competition. It was clean. Staff were friendly. This will be a great addition to the downtown and if you're passing by, it's just a few blocks from the interstate. read more
