Worst customer service ever Glenda the manager could not have been more rude nasty and very disrespectful. customer service she failed that part of her job when did arguing with the customer become okay and even when part of their error no apology or anything I go to Speedway weekly have been for years I know the process of using your gas card and speedy rewards cards that's why I go there my gas was not discounted and gas even put on wrong pump The store was filthy dirty the floor despicable. I do not recommend you come here expecting much. This Speedway is frequently out of half of their flavored coffees, the beans are usually mislabeled in the machine, and many of the cashiers are unpleasant (one let someone skip us in line!) When I went today, our cashier was singing to music that was not safe for work and gave us two of the wrong donuts. They were also out of two types of soda (and slushies, as per the norm) Used to go to this Speedway for snacks, coffee, and slushies once a week for years. It has gone super downhill the past year or two and I swapped to going to the BP down the street. MUCH more pleasant and well kept. read more

Speedway use to be a good gas station unti Super 7eleven bought them servicehas been going down hill ever since. They're frequently out of the extra lager and double extra large cups and lids. You can barely tells who works their unless it your regular gas station or the cashier are behind the register.The fountain pop area is almost never clean. This used to be my absolute favorite gas station. The combination of low price, friendly service, and a clean establishment are really all that you need from a gas station. While I appreciate the new pumps, the location overall has gone downhill a bit. Trash surrounds the property and the price now always seems significantly higher than other stations in the area. I never used to buy gas at Costco because my nearby Speedway was better, but those days appear to be long gone. read more

Speedway is fast! A55 gas or grass nobody rides for free. I know a 4 star gas station. Is hard to believe. Nearby not too many places that have diesel fuel available. I really do like how they put all the diesel pumps together that way you don't have to be blocked up by someone that's not getting diesel. Finally some body's got a brain on how to do a good layout. To keep people moving. The credit card I used gave me 25 gallons on one pump. $100 Then before the transaction was done I got 2.5 gal of regular unleaded. Then I tried to add a 3rd transaction I got a see cashier msg on pump no big deal. They just gave an explanation it was security. It didn't change anything but they did apologize Even though it wasn't their fault. Inside they had 3 people checking out very fast. Restrooms are very clean. And fresh food for the road. The cashiers are lazy and rude and always have a bad look on there face and the place is always dirty and gross I will not be coming back!

This used to be a nice store, clean and professionally run... it's very dirty, messy and some young cashiers are loud and obnoxious.. ever since Kwik trip got popular, these stores seems to have gone down hill... the cashier that helped me was very polite and professional, it was the others acting somewhat unprofessional... the manager didn't seem to care about a nasty store and loud employees... I understand times are tuff, but a good business needs properly paid people to run it to keep people coming ... the area has gotten worse and many businesses around here have poor business ethic... hopefully it changes before they lose enough business to stay open read more

Service was good food was good. Power was out across the street was helpful for them to be open and power on . Coffee was great .

This location is a f ucking joke. Staff is always shorthanded, lines extremely long, often under stocked on basic items. Management has been poor here for years. Unfortunately I live close, and it's the only location in the North Shore(belongs on 6th and North if you get my drift). Giving it one star , as I can't give it zero stars lol. Avoid at all costs!! The Speedway on Green Tree ave seems to be getting worse. On several occasions, the paper towel dispensers have been empty; not just one or two but all of them. Also, I have found empty windshield washing containers next to those empty paper towel dispensers. If it wasn't for their points system, I would visit the Mobil gas station down the road. read more

This gas station used to be a great neighborhood gas station with friendly polite staff and clientele. As little as two years ago, this was my favorite gas station. Now? Almost every employee has multiple visible tattoo's with terrible attitudes and take forever to complete a transaction. Now for some reason, this also seems to be like THE gas station for people of Milwaukee. These people not from the neighborhood are loud, rude, disrespectful , and feel very entitled. Just today, an older gentleman bought $6 of gas, $14 dollars of lottery tickets, a pack of cigarettes, candy, and soda. The transaction took almost 5 minutes because the guy couldn't decide which lottery tickets he wanted, argued about the price of cigarettes, and decided to put one soda back. Also, at night, older Milwaukee gentleman will "hang out" in the store talking loudly and loitering. They also try and talk to every person who walks in the store and have awkward conversations. There also used to be an awesome older guy named Ken who worked the 3rd shift, but he saw the writing on the wall and quit. It's really a shame to see how this gas station has gone downhill. read more
