Date of visit: November 14, 2025 This CVS has been in bad shape for quite some time, I am surprised it's still open. I only came in here because they have a medicine disposal box and I had some old pills to get rid of. While I was here I decided to look at a couple things. Saw some cool stuff from Halloween that was half off (seems a little late for only half off since we're closer to Thanksgiving at this point...) but with no original price on it, I had no way to know if it was worth it and ended up skipping it. pharmacist doesn't like his job. he was upset that I had come in 10 minutes after opening. started yelling and said it would take 2 hours to fill my prescription. pharmacy wasn't busy and he filled the script in 25 minutes. my wife told me she got confirmation that it was filled and pharmacist didn't tell me I called him rude and he grabbed the prescription out of my hand and said I am not filling it. He is a complete Asshole. the next day we had moved all our prescription out of cvs stores forever. he said not to come back to the store and called me a prick. don't go to this pharmacy read more

This store needs new management. I've been in here several times & they leave the customers & their associates out to dry. On my last visit - I needed a price change at the self checkout. The manager just helped the customer next to me. When she started to walk away- I hit the alert sign - she turned back & kept walking. Terrible management. read more

Even though I live a block away, I will no longer go to this place. There is absolutely nothing convenient about it. The pharmacy is one of the absolute worst, wife went at 11:30 and was told prescription for our baby daughter would be ready in 30 minutes. After 4 hours we called the pharmacy and they said the lady never put in our information to get the prescription started and it would be another 30 minutes. After another 2 hours with no call or text saying it's ready we decided to just head back over there to find out they closed for the day. Also, the guy up front with the ponytail is miserable. I hear him all the time mumbling under his breath how the customers are so stupid at the self checkout. If he hates his job so much I think it's time for him to just quit! New management would be required to fix this place!! read more

My husband had a flu shot scheduled for 12:30 and was told to be there ten minutes early. We arrived and he was given a thirty minute wait. At 2:00 we finally left. The pharmacy was busy but with people walking in or pulling up for medication. Those with appointments should be served first but maybe that's just me? Oh, and Walgreens, which is where we will be going from now on. read more

TERRIBLE customer service! The manager, Shantell, was rude and did not resolve my issue. I purchased 4 face masks and every single one of them was completely dried out when I opened them. I brought my receipt back and asked for a refund, and Shantell refused to refund me for the defective products unless I had the dried up face masks with me, which I of course threw away when I opened them and realized they were completely dried out. We started going here since the Walgreens (Glendale location) is the worst ever. First of all the store needs to use better lighting, it's dark in there. On top of that, it smells very musty. The Pharmacy is ok but you will wait a good long time for your rx. Forget the website to check on your prescription, it's never right. You have to call every time sometimes several times. read more

Summary: Inexcusably incompetent and negligent On Saturday, Feb 16, 2020 I went to this facility at 2:00 pm, seeking help for a cough with sharp pain deep in my chest, body aches, slight fever, dizziness. The so-called practitioner measured my blood oxygen, listened to my lungs, proclaimed suspected pneumonia, and stated that a 2-month old federal directive require cases like myself are to obtain a chest x-ray, and that she could not prescribe anything. Some research and conversation with trusted medical professionals established that there is no such directive. This individual was flat-out lying to me. She was more concerned with getting me out of her exam room as quick as possible than providing any level of meaningful care. Associated observations: * I stated that I felt cold, and thought I was running a temperature. She never took my temperature. * my symptoms strongly correlated with flu symptoms. Sure enough, after returning home to TX the next day myself (and the entire family) were diagnosed with flu. Administering a flu test was not mentioned once. * no other typical vitals were taken, such as weight (there was a scale in the exam room), blood pressure of heart rate. Third-world countries offer better and more competent healthcare than this individual and CVS at this location. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They can't tell a dog from a cat if it bites them. read more

This CVS is in a convenient location but it's not my favorite. It seems old inside and feels like it needs updating. They have everything you would expect as well as a decent alcohol selection. I feel like no matter what time of day it is, I'm always waiting in line to check out. Everything just moves slow here and is a bit on the pricey side (you are paying for convenience - however, the alcohol prices are pretty similar to Pick N Save). I have to use a CVS pharmacy for prescriptions per my health insurance. I sure wish this was not the case...... I am extremely underwhelmed by performance of the pharmacy. The real pharmacists, the ones with the degree are fine; and several of the techs are fine as well. But there have been a few employees I have encountered over the past couple years that seem completely clueless and/or rude. I just feel like the people that are responsible for handing out other's medications should have a basic, working knowledge about health and wellness and demonstrate care and concern. Maybe that is just me. I have also had issues with my refill requests not going through (technical problems with the website and automated phone system) and prescriptions not being filled because of how the doctor called it in, they do not have the product, or they say they have the product but I go to pick it up and they do not. I feel like the majority of these issues are issues with the systems - which is not this location's fault - but there is a need for better communication as a whole. The parking lot seems like it is well set up and marked but I have had several close calls with people driving the wrong way and wild drivers. In a pinch, this CVS is okay but plan on spending more time that you would expect there and do not have crazy high expectations. read more

Went to the minute clinic tonight due to convenience, close to home, and sick kid- coughing getting worse. NP Amelia Tollefson, was very cold. Pretty sure she is a NP who was never worked as a floor nurse as she had no bedside manner. I don't recommend this clinic. NP ordered a prednisone taper without any directions, reluctantly ordered a cough suppressant, refused an antibiotic even though kid has history of severe sinus infections, and had all of the symptoms of same. The only saving grace was pharmacist and pharmacy techs were great- much better than in the past. I don't recommend this clinic. read more

I just want to share the pharmacy is fine. I had my Covid 19 booster here and the pharmacist was not taught properly how to give a shot! It hurt bad and burned! I was told by my doctor this s because they are not getting the needle all the way into the muscle. This is a problem. I get that you have to get boosters out, but in the process experienced people are giving vaccines! read more

Better than the Walgreens on Port Wash up the street. Seems a little depressing inside, but they have stuff that I need in a bind (way overpriced compared to Target or Walmart). They just need some windows. Sometimes the kids that work there stand around and talk, and then wait for each other to jump up and help. Mostly, they are nice employees and helpful. It's within walking distance of my house. convenience earned them an extra star. read more

Cvs has many things that I need but it's a little more expensive than target. Last time I went there though I had a coupon for 20% off in store or online on my iPhone and the cashier said it wasn't valid. When I went online I could successfully use my coupon. read more

I am writing this mostly on their newly opened minute clinic. Convenient check in and they even offer txt alerts so you know when to come back. However, the text alerts come too early and I was stuck waiting for quite some time. CVS ... Fix this so it reflects real time?? The NP there made up for the wait though! I would rate this pharmacy 0 stars if possible. I have responded to 3 surveys issued from the pharmacy after my visits and I explained in detail the problems with all aspects of my visits. In response I received form letters from the "manager" with no specific solutions. These are a few problems I've had 1) CVS reports they are "out" of a monthly medication I take, and I have to drive up to the CVS in Mequon monthly. I asked them to order it but they said "if it's not on the truck we can't get it". 2) CVS reported they are out of a medication and told me to call the Downer CVS to see if they had it. When I called the Downer CVS the pharmacist was VERY upset and explained that the Hampton CVS Pharmacy should have called and NOT the customer (common medication). 3) SEVERAL times I was notified prescriptions were ready and upon arrival and waiting in line, they were not ready. The first time I waited 65 minutes. The next several times I returned home and went back to the pharmacy. 4) While writing this review I waited exactly 32 minutes on the phone on hold to talk to a pharmacist. 5) The phone order system is outdated. It does not allow to put in an alternative date/time for prescription pickup. 6) Today I need a prescription ASAP. It was sent by my physician's office on Monday morning at 8:30am. CVS did not receive it as of Wednesday at 2:00 pm. After numerous calls to both the doctor and the pharmacy, I'm betting that CVS "lost it". (I just got off the phone with Walgreens to transfer my prescriptions). Please note that my numerous visits to the pharmacy stem from approximately 10 different prescription trials so I have had numerous contacts with the CVS pharmacy since 1/2020. I am sad to change pharmacies because I live close to the Whitefish Bay CVS. Today was my last straw. read more

The only reason I still go to this CVS is because of its convenience. The people who work there are always crabby and probably overworked since there are clearly not enough employees. There is always a ridiculously long line for check out and they don't even carry some of the most basic stuff. Half the time some of their freezers are either out of order or their products have severe freezer burn on them. They also don't open till 8 am which can be a pain when you need something before leaving for work. Like I said, I only go here because it is a 5 minute walk from where I live. read more

Extremely disappointed that the walk in clinic does not honor hours of operation. Walked in for flu shot 10 min before closing. There was no one waiting and no one being seen. As I'm at kiosk practitioner walks over from the pharmacy to tell me she was done seeing patients because she "closed in like 5 min." If that is that rule or policy maybe CVS should post when "walk in hours" end for the walk in clinic because they are different than the hours posted in store and online. read more

The people working at the pharmacy are very friendly and responsive. I haven't had any issues with the general checkout staff, although the waiting in line system there is a bit funky. Overall, pretty pleased. read more

I am very pleased with the service and care I received at the Minute Clinic at CVS at 240 E Hampton in Whitefish Bay, WI The care was comprehensive and Rebecca, the nurse practitioner, was kind and compassionate. I will not hesitate to return when I need health care services. read more

The people that work here are super nice and always help me find stuff. I am a Walgreen's girl at heart so switching over to CVS was kind of a big deal to me but since I live walking distance of CVS, I find myself here much more than Walgreen's. However, I haven't been able to switch my Rx's over....still love my Walgreens Pharmacy Drive Thru!! read more

Most of the pharm techs are so friendly, but unfortunately Dalerie is not one of them. She was extremely rude when I went to pick up my prescription. I thought she was asking for my birthdate, but she was asking for my first name. I gave my birthdate and she gave me a very dirty look and in an extremely rude tone she said , "no your first name." If she's upset about something so trivial she must have quite the life going on lol! Very unprofessional service and person. read more
