I really do enjoy coming here. The staff there may be at times tired looking and running around frantically, however they do a great job of making my latte when I'm passing thru. The donuts are also pretty good, actually better than some of the other locations I have visited. Always clean, always rewarding, so I will be back. Possibly the worst "fast food" experience ever - clearly due to poor management and lack of training. With no one ahead of us, the time it took to get our order of a cappuccino, coffee w espresso and a toasted bagel we could have eaten at a meal at Waffle House next door and left. After a wait, we were given a coffee and sent on our way... no....we ordered more than a coffee.... my husband gave them his copy of the receipt so they could fill The order. We were then told there were no everything bagels which we had ordered and paid for - we were offered plain or wheat. Problem... I don't like sweet bagels or plain bagels. Yes, it's a first world, white girl problem. But not beyond normal expectations to receive what you pay for. Plain bagel was cold w melted butter. We were sent on our way... no, we still have a cap that we did not get. By time I got that there was a line of 8 other customers upset and complaining about wrong drink orders and not being waited on. They gave us "a bagel w cream cheese" to make up for the error, which was fine and a good attempt to rectify the wait, wrong order and confusion. But when we opened the bagel w cream cheese it had no cream cheese on it. My husband turned around and went back for the cream cheese because he figured WTH we have already wasted our time so why not. When he walked back in the door he was referred to as "Angry Husband". In their defense he was angry and has resting "I may have murdered someone" face on a regular basis. This personalized service was the highlight of an otherwise annoying experience. Dunkin' Donuts uses automated machines for their espresso drinks. A person just needs to be trained adequately on machines, workflow and customer service. Most of the employees were nice but all appeared to be under 18, overwhelmed and new to their job. I'm sure the pay isn't the greatest. They need to have an intervention with management. read more

This visit was a terrible experience. First, I realize that it's a Saturday morning and that things were really busy. However, if you're going to have a drive-thru, mobile orders, AND inside service, your staff should appreciate the importance on waiting on ALL groups of customers, not just the drive-thru and mobile order ones. I stood inside for a solid 20 minutes. There were 2 people in front of me, and yet they never took anyone's order who was standing in line inside. If I could give -5 stars I would. Every time I have stopped at this location they have messed up my order. I believe in giving second chances but it's been numerous chances and the quality doesn't improve. Let's start with the fact the employees don't say good morning or thank you: Today I stopped and requested 2 coffees extra cream and sugar. 3 croissants one with and one without butter. What I got was 2 black coffees and 2 buttered croissants. I was already heading north in 65 when I realized my order was wrong. I called the location to speak with the manager to provide feedback. The only person available was the acting manager named Teresa. She must not understand the roles and responsibilities the title entails. Her response was I'm can't be held responsible for how others made your coffee or your croissants but I can give you cream and sugar. I'm not sure where all these poor reviews are coming from... I come here 3 to 4 times a week on my way to work. Everyone has always been so cheerful and delightful. Everything I order is correct and soo yummy. I used to go out of my way to stop at a Starbucks until I decided one day to just try Dunkin'. OMG. I'll never get coffee anywhere else! Stopping for our coffee and breakfast on our coast to coast roadtrip. The ice latte tastes just right, probably better than 75% of the dunkin stores we tried in CA. The staff was all super friendly and attended us as soon as we entered. Maybe the other reviews about customer service were for the busy peak time so I guess this is def a great place if you want to drop by late morning. I asked for two caramel lattes. There was absolutely no caramel in mine or my boyfriends. Straight up tasted like expresso and a dash of milk. It didn't even look like my usual caramel latte. Been traveling all day and to get terrible coffee from Dunkin was the worst part of my day. I told them to remake them and when they came back they tasted the exact same. Terrible service. I ordered my drinks curbside online while still packing to head out of town. We had them start our order since we were almost finished and only 1 minutes away. We headed over and when we got there we waited a couple minutes and nothing. We called to let them know we were there and they told us we had to come in (rudely), when I tried to tell them we ordered curbside, he ended the call. My wife and I went in here to try their donuts, and we were sorely disappointed. It was a Sunday morning, so they were naturally busy, although the employees were completely unorganized and the the place was a mess. It appeared that they should've had more people staffed to get the job done. The line took at least 10 minutes to get through the 3 people in front of me. By the time I ordered, the lady just left me at the counter for 2 minutes before I could even place my order. The doughnuts my wife and I finally got to eat after the wait, were really bland and stale. My wife and I have eaten from several doughnut shops before, but have never had as much trouble swallowing down this stuff. I came to this DD with my dad ordering a simple 2 black iced coffees and 2 breakfast biscuits. We were number 112 so we expected a small wait. We ended up talking to the customers next to us and hearing that they were #94 and had been there since 10:30. it was 11:05!!!! they had been waiting for 30 minutes for a simple sausage biscuit! Drive thru customers were being asked to pull up and park! The staff out numbered the customers, and they were yelling in the back about how they had no help and seemed to be calling out the customers in an aggressive manner! The girls next to us had also been waiting for 40 minutes and their other friends had gotten their food within 5 minutes of ordering. everyone in the staff seemed very negative and overwhelmed. There seemed to be no manager in charge and the rush was left to over 10 highschool kids to handle. We finally got our VERY SIMPLE ORDER after a man that had just walked in got his. no joke this guy walked in and ordered 5 drinks and got them within a minute. The staff was so negative and overwhelmed that the cashier had to start making drinks for customers because the rest of the staff just walked out. I was very disappointed in my visit and will not be recommending this place to anyone else. Long road trip Duncan stop at 11:40am on a Saturday. No line to order. They didn't have my first pick of tropical mango smoothie. I can roll with it. Wait, can't read the menu because the screen changes pages every few seconds. Doesn't help when the employee taking the order doesn't know the menu either. I ordered the Chicken snack wrap and my husband ordered the Deluxe grilled cheese. Went to restroom, single use restrooms. No toilet paper! Person before me must have let them know because after I left the restroom I saw a replacement roll waiting on the counter. Sat and ate while observing the unswept floors. Noticed the burnt bacon on my snack wrap. Wildberry smoothie was good. Whatever, more concerned that the toilet paper had still not been replaced by the time we finished and left. I ordered a toasted bagel and a woman from the kitchen comes out and tells us we can't order any hot food because the ovens are down. Every time I go to this location one of two things happen, they're out of the item I want, or it takes 20 minuets for a drink order. Sometimes both happen. I went one day and watched a woman scan receipts through the drive through window, the customer wasn't even making a purchase!! I was forced to wait 20-25 minuets for a large drink, this is by far the worst location I've visited. Rant continued, this place is awful. Every time I go in there is a baby sitting service in the corner for the employees, the shelves are never stocked and no one ever offers to look for the product I am requesting. It's time corporate sells this place and forgets it even exists, cause half their employees already do! Decided to come get a late night snack at 11:20 since this location is the only 24 hour one near me. Called beforehand to make sure there was actually donuts before driving all the way there. Got hung up on the first call, and then during the second call was finally told what donuts they have. We drove all the way to the store and waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes with no answer. We drove around the building a couple of times and didn't see anyone inside. Drove up to the speaker a couple more times with still no answer. Tried talking to the speaker and going up to the window. We finally decided to park and call the store. A lady answered the phone answering my question, that yes, the drive thru is open 24 hours. We go back to the speaker in the drive thru and wait 10 more minutes and still no answer. I'm confused as to how this can be possible? You can answer the phone but can't answer in the drive thru window? Horrible service. read more
