I think they're already prepared, and then heated through and grilled a bit on the outside. They are made with King's Hawaiian buns, which adds a nice sweetness to the sandwich. If you're into something different, they do have breakfast sandwiches made with Spam and pineapple. It was too early in the morning for me to deal with something like that, so I didn't opt for one of those. The restrooms are super-duper clean, too. They are the gender neutral single-user bathrooms.
