A Great New Addition to Goodlettsville!…read more So happy to see a spot like Daily Grind Coffee House open in Goodlettsville! This place has so much to offer, from coffee and espresso drinks to all-day breakfast, lunch options, and some great healthier choices. The atmosphere is super cute, welcoming, and spacious! I love the open concept and variety of seating, including a cozy lounge area, traditional tables, and high-top seating. Whether you're meeting up with friends, grabbing a quick bite, or looking for a comfortable place to get some work done, this is a great spot. Plus, there's plenty of parking! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, scones, and a few other goodies to go. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious when we got home! I loved the thoughtful touch of their monthly community note, sharing positive messages and local happenings. It's little things like that that make a place feel connected to the community. Great food, friendly service, and a really inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be back! This is exactly the kind of local spot Goodlettsville needs, and I hope we continue to see more places like this in the community. Definitely worth checking out!

Greeted immediately. Went to the register, the barista let me know she'd be with me. (This is something I feel lot of people don't do in customer service) I ordered a Cuban with Oatmilk. (It's my favorite drink and if it's on the menu, I'll likely order) For breakfast I had the broccoli and goat cheese quiche. Cuban was great and the quiche was good too!! I chatted with someone who worked there and she was very pleasant. I wish I had asked her name. She was cleaning windows and rearranging plants. I'm a crazy plant lady so this was right up my alley.. Very laid back space. Restroom was very cute and clean. They have tables but also a sofa and chairs you can chill in. All in all this space was nice and prices reasonable.

III. QUALITY Don't judge a book by it's cover. Although the plaza is old, Black Press did such a wonderful job renovating the interior of the cafe. Also, the lattes and cappuccinos taste pretty good ~ I can vouch for those. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating on a weekday around noon

I want to give this place 5 stars. This is my favorite place to come to work since I am remote…read more It's really close to where I live and there's nothing else local in the area. Pros: -The drinks are good (rishi tea is the best) -The location is fantastic -It's cozy and has outlets (!!!) -Plenty of parking (!!!) -Sarah is THE SWEETEST and always remembers me and my drink. It goes a long way towards making me want to come back. -They've finally added matcha lattes to the menu (!!) -The pricing is really good compared to other places in the Nashville metro area! Cons: -There are times when it's empty, other times (like at this current moment when I'm sitting here) when it's full. There is one employee working. That seems to be a bit of an oversight by whoever is making decisions about that. -There used to be good I could order. It seems they've taken it away. That's pretty disappointing. -I was told they took away a lot of the syrups? I'm fully on board with seasonal drinks but.. taking away regular inventory? Overall.... amazing place. I would 100% give this 10 stars but whatever the higher ups are doing is a little questionable with their choices. The amount of people I've talked to in the area that have no idea this place exists.... a teeny bit of instagram marketing could go a long way I think! Again... there's literally nothing like this in the area. You have to go towards Nashville to get anything somewhat similar and honestly, I don't like the next closest place. So hopefully the owners figure out how to run it better. I REALLY don't want to see it go under.

My coffee was not hot and they don't have iced tea options! We were told my husband could pick a brewed tea and they could pour it over ice, but no unsweetened iced tea? The drink he did order was too sweet for him. The bagel sandwiches were fine, nothing amazing. We had high hopes for the cinnamon roll, but it was hard and crunchy, not soft and fresh. It's a bit pricey for the quality of what you are getting, I hope it gets better since they are so many coffee options in Mount Juliet

My reasoning for the 3 star rating is that the coffee is never consistent. I always get a vanilla latte and today especially it tasted closer to water than to coffee. As far as the breakfast sandwich, it was good but thought it was pretty pricey ($10.50). I do really like the location and the ambiance but for me it's not on my short list of go-to coffee shops in Nashville.

It's located in a fairly large shopping center so parking is fairly easy. The inside is a smaller, slightly narrow area but ultimately feels spacious overall thanks to the thoughtful design and decorations. You walk straight back to order at the counter. Seating is primarily booths along the walls though there are free standing tables too. They have lots of coffee and matcha drinks as well as smoothies and a slightly healthier/bougier food selection of bowls and fancy toasts. There are also several Latin-influenced items and a case with bakery goods too. The latte I thought I wanted from the description online said in-store it only came hot, and it was way too hot for that, so I pivoted and ordered an iced matcha horchata -- matcha poured over horchata. Service was exactly fine; they were neither super friendly nor rude. My drink came out in a reasonable time. The drink was a mixed bag, imo. The colors were beautiful and it was definitely a nice photo-op. The horchata beneath the matcha was creamy and sweet and just a teeny bit gritty, but in a pleasant horchata-y way. For me, however, the matcha was on the much-too-grassy side, and was quite bitter. I'm hit or miss on whether I like matcha (love it when it's a hit, though!) so this one could be chalked up to taste. Ultimately, I'd return to try a different drink, as their menu is creative and fairly expansive. I wish them success as they continue to grow and establish their business.
