Again, if I'm ever in the area, I would definitely be back for their beignets and hopefully that next time, the menus will be more clear about what they have and don't have. Things to know before you go: -They have a lot of different donut flavors and fillings, which I didn't try. But make sure to prepare enough time to wait for them to be made fresh and depending on how busy they are at the time you go. My most recent experience warranted a beyond frustrating experience that has led me to change my perspective of this business. Most recently, I decided after many times of horrible counter service, maybe a pick up order ahead of time, using Square, is best. Placed the order and drove 30 min to pick it up. Arrived at Forum and the kid behind the counter says "oh I didn't make it because we don't have the ingredients" !!! Not a phone call, nothing. Then he offered to make me something else, both of which were incorrect- this took 25 minutes !!!! 25 minutes to make two drinks- wrong. I was patient, he was alone, however last visit was similar with two people behind counter. The coffee is good. Service is horrendous.
