I've been to quite a few Dunkin Donuts in my day I am up in the ocean Port area quite often and I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts on Route 36 it has to be considered the worst I've ever been to in any coffee shop I just stopped for a cup of coffee and something to eat I asked for three types of different Donuts they had none I asked for a croissant they told me yes when I get up to the window they told me they told me no they didn't have anymore on top of everything else it took me 18 minutes to go through the drive-thru and nobody was in front of me must be good to make that kind of money and not care about your business read more

Amazing service. Though initially our order at the drive was incomplete, the manager more than made up for the small hiccup. We ordered some foods and drinks including 2 hash browns. We paid for but only got 1 hash brown order. I called right after we got home. And since we have a newborn we couldn't come back right away. The manager apologized profusely and explained she'd take care of us next time and get us what we needed. I came back two days later with family over and needed to order several drinks and three sandwiches and the hash browns missed the previous visit. Asking for the manager to make sure we got the hash browns free. She took over, hand wrote the entire order and said it was all on her. I insisted only getting free hash browns but she wouldn't let me. So in he end we got $25 worth of DD for what was a $1 or 2$ error. Great customer service. Visited this location around 9:30 on 6/14/21. The woman working the drive through pickup window provided incredible service and was extremely kind. She had a smile on her face and went out of her way to assist us with our order. Even gave our dogs a mini cup of whip cream upon seeing them in the car. Will definitely be returning. read more

WORST DUNKIN' DONUTS EVER. I go there almost everyday because it's on my way to school and work, and every time I go my coffee is wrong or they forget something and get aggravated when I say, I asked for almond milk when they hand be a black coffee. And to add to that, the employees are extremely rude. I work in customer service in the food industry and the way they treat their customers is completely ridiculous. Its a quick stop off of a busy highway. I think the staff varies from service but all in all I dont complain too often with them and usually I just make due with what they give me. When I go inside its always 100% on point. Im not rushed and they seem to be a bit friendlier. Cookie is an great worker, she is my friends mom. so id rather just go inside. read more

Absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my life! Every time I've gone, they've messed up my order. Today I ordered a toasted bagel with "the tiniest amount of butter." I received a completely black, burnt bagel with globs of butter. This was inedible. So I went back inside and told them. I reminded them to not add as much butter. I then had to watch the cashier flirt with the manager and watch them grab each other inappropriately. After that, I got my bagel which had so much butter that not even Paula Dean would eat it. It is a shame... I have complained to Chevy the manager so many times that I refuse to go there anymore. When we would go on a family outing the 4 of us would go through the drive through only to have the order completely messed up EVERY TIME. I thought asking them to repeat the order might work. Neh. Now I ask for simple things before I initiate my order like, "Please repeat our order when complete": which any good drive through should do anyway; only to have simple things like: 3 light and sweet medium coffees with a small tea with honey n lemon to be a dark coffee, barely sweet (post stirring) and no honey, just the lemon in the cup, no napkiins or stirrers OR a cup that has a lot of sugar on the outside of the cup! You have to remind them politely for napkins and GOD FORBID you hand something back that is not right! You hear unprofessional ans rude smack talk through the window. I get it, they're kids, but train your front window staff. They are your front line! Here is a newsflash... GET IT RIGHT AND WE'D NOT HAVE TO HAND IT BACK! We are busy, too and just want to be on our way. Who wants tater tots that are shrunken together and scorched on the outside and have some that are frosty in their order? Or a toasted bagel with butter that is burned and has butter on one side; so small in amount it doesn't even melt onto the other side!!?? Or a sandwich on the texas toast that has frost bitten bread? Unless it is strictly for a bottle of water or a coffee/cocoa order, I go elsewhere... They have lost my business for good. I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts but when I went to this location they could never get your order right and this one lady was very rude and gave me an attitude.. a few times they gave me the wrong receipt making me think they were doing it on purpose to charge me extra, whether it was a couple cents. (example I ordered a coffee coolatta and a sandwich and the receipt said a dozen donuts and a bagel) On another note Just the other day they tried charging me for 4 coffees when I only ordered 3.. another time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they left out the sausage.. this is a poor excuse for Dunkin Donuts.
