You don't even need to eat a whole one to reach your maximum sugar intake for the day but dang, they sure are deeeeelicious! I always pickup a honey glazed donut. If that was the only donut available in the world, I would be totally happy with that and never complain. It's perfection. Thick, fluffy, soft, sugary goodness. Go home, mic it for 10 secs and eat slowly with a tall glass of cold milk. Paula's has donut holes, a variety of donuts, the best Bavarian Crème donut, I've ever had in my life, they have some pastries, bagels, breakfast/lunch sandwiches (which I do very much enjoy) and coffee! They also have a HUGE donut that I've ordered for birthdays and the Super Bowl, you create it the way you want, put on a cute plate and serve (no one will miss the cake/cupcakes). This location has ample parking, a decent size seating/dining area, well lit with plenty of sunlight coming through the windows so you can sit and contemplate why you're eating so many donuts and how to lose weight. The coffee is excellent, but the key differentiator here is "Bakeshop", as Timmy's makes ALL their food products in each location, e.g., doughnuts, bagels, sandwiches, wraps, etc. Unlike the competing chains, Timmy's food items aren't made then frozen in a NJ factory, & anyone can instantly tell the difference! I've been to countless locations across upstate NY & across the northern Midwest, and this Pembroke, NY cafe is as consistently quaint/cozy as the rest. I will not go back and I will not recommend it to anyone. If a business would like to acquire patronage and keep people returning, the staff might want to treat customers like they actually want them there in the first place.
