On July 7, 2026 I stopped at this location and bought a medium size regular coffee. It cost me $3.80. It was the worst coffee I ever had. It was so WEAK that it barely passed for coffee flavored hot water. It was embarrassing and the shop owner should be ashamed of him or herself. A good cup of coffee is the best advertisement. This shop Sucks! I will NEVER go to this Main Rd, Vineland coffee shop again and I advise others to do the same. What a waste. read more

My daughter and I went to treat ourselves to a donut at Dunkin located on Main and Oak. When we walked up to the display to pick, I saw flies inside of the case crawling on the doughnuts. For those not familiar to how flies feed, Google it. I was grossed out. Told my daughter NO !!! We left. Prior to this occasion we would always place our orders in the drive up. Well when we do this you can not see what is in the case (bugs). Now I know what goes on. No more buying these items from this location. Will just stick with coffee. read more

My wife went to the one in Lincoln & main rd they are fairly new we live going there but they would always mess up our order in the wrong form all the time now as of today we go there And ask for 6 doughnuts at first and then proceed to ask for twelve because my wife as dislexia and the manager argues back with a nasty attitude talking really ratchet with no manners and then telling me how there is no customer satisfaction here because customers are never right the managers name is Stephanie by the way lol last I hear costumers are always right since when did it change lol I would never go there again and I will be calling better business bureau on them as well to hire a secrete shopper the customer service there stinks with bad attitudes worst place ever they should be shut down if ask me with all that back talk they talk like they want to fight you it took allot for me to step back as a grown man that I am smh my advice to anyone out there be carful because that place will cause you to fight and to lose your cool one of the worst customer services they can provide is a Mano like Stephanie who loves to tell you off when hood and ready like she owns the entire shop lol good luck ordering there and not having your full meal or placed right and god for bud you ask for extra stuff you Want to pay for it's too much lol specially when you have the money as well to buy it how hard is it to ring me up for stuff vs catching attitudes to do more work lol wow never again read more

Came here a couple times; the first couple times my orders were messed up, so I haven't been back in months, so today I tried one last time. We pulled up to the drive thru and no one said a single thing. We said "hello? Anyone there?" Still no response. Crickets. Mind you, they were open and no customers were inside the building and no one else was in the drive thru other than us. We pull up to the window, all the employees were in there and the girl who was at the window said "you were supposed to wait".... For what??! The LEAST she could have said over the speaker was "could you hold on for one second?" Or "hello" or literally ANYTHING. Flabbergasted, we gave our order straight to her face at the window. At least this way she could hear us without ignoring us. Lol. read more

I noticed that when you pay cash they try to keep your change. Granted it may not be much but it's still mine. The last time I went I paid for my order and when I received my drink she closed the window. So I waited and then she opens the window back and asked if I needed a straw. I said no I need my change... you have a whole business and still need to steal!!?? Smh read more

Talk about location! This DD went in along my work commute and has never disappointed! They're incredibly friendly and efficient and always have fresh food for your morning commute. As a frequent customer, I've gone to the drive-thru only to find out when the gentleman saw my car turn in, he made my coffee! THAT, folks, is customer service! read more

I have been attending this Dunkin Donuts probably since it opened and they always mess up my orders but I felt commtited to them only because of the owner Bob. Tonight before my very long class, I decided on grabbing some coffee to try to stay awake and come to find COFFEE grounds in the cup. Not only that, but I waited 10 minutes in line because the MINI VAN in front of me decided to order frozen drinks WHILE paying.. Any other place would have told them to go back in line. One of the few DD's where they actually get your order right, every time. Coming from a family full of diabetics, I avoid sugar at all costs. I can't even count how many times I've gone to the DD's in the vineland area (and all of SJ and Philadelphia) and they put sugar in my coffee after i tell them NO SUGAR. Thankfully, this location has never done that. Four stars only because the traffic around the place makes getting in and out tricky. But, the staff and quality are top notch. read more

I like the DD on main in Vineland. First of all the Donuts(doughnuts) as always much fresher for some reason at this location than the ones at Delsea Dr. The staff are nice and friendly and my Wife always gets her Iced Coffee EXACTLY as she likes it. read more

Love their coffee, however the Presque Isle location obviously does not care about getting the order right. I order the same thing all the time and I try to wait to order so I can get to the window to watch and have lost count on how many times I've caught them making it wrong........
